Abstract

Claims (4)
- 水浴用シャワーのための熱交換器の構造であり、
熱交換用スラブと、
2つの密閉カバーであって、前記密閉カバーのうちの一方は、吸水口および排水口を備えるように作り出されている、2つの密閉カバーと、
を含む、構造であって、
押し出し成形された合金材料による平坦で平面的な直方体である、前記熱交換用スラブは、平坦な上面、平坦な底面、前方出入口、後方出入口、2つの平行直立側面、および、前記前方出入口と前記後方出入口との間を貫く複数の平行水路を含み、隣接する前記水路の各対は循環用孔を備えた隔壁により仕切られており、前記循環用孔は、互い違いに組み合わされた様式で前記隔壁上に作り出されており、前記互い違いに組み合わされた様式とは、隣接する前記隔壁の各対について、1つの前記隔壁の上部分に孔を、そしてもう一方の前記隔壁の下部分に別の孔を意味し、
前記2つの密閉カバーのそれぞれは、溶接法により水密式に前記水路の全ての端部をしっかりと密閉するように前記熱交換用スラブの前記前方出入口および前記後方出入口をそれぞれ覆い、それゆえ全ての前記水路は、前記隔壁および前記循環用孔と共に、完全な閉水循環体を形成する、構造。 - 前記合金材料は、アルミニウム合金、銅、または銅合金である、請求項1に記載の水浴用シャワーのための熱交換器の構造。
- 前記合金材料は、熱伝導性を有する非金属の合成化合物材料に置換される、請求項1に記載の水浴用シャワーのための熱交換器の構造。
- 前記熱交換用スラブおよび前記2つの密閉カバーの前記平坦で平面的な断面形状は、上反りになった断面形状に構成され、
前記上反りになった熱交換用スラブは、上反りになった上面、2つの吸水口および排水口を下部に備えた上反りになった底面、上反りになった前方出入口、上反りになった後方出入口、2つの側面、および、前記前方出入口と前記後方出入口との間を貫く複数の平行水路を含み、それゆえに、隣接する前記水路の各対は循環用孔を備えた隔壁により仕切られており、前記循環用孔は、互い違いに組み合わされた様式で前記隔壁上に作り出されており、
前記2つの上反りになった密閉カバーのそれぞれは、水密式に前記水路の全ての端部をしっかりと密閉するように前記前方出入口および前記後方出入口をそれぞれ覆い、それゆえ全ての前記水路は、前記隔壁および前記循環用孔と共に、完全な閉水循環体を形成する、請求項1に記載の水浴用シャワーのための熱交換器の構造。
