Description
上記式(1)から、渦電流損Weは周波数fの二乗に比例して大きくなるため、特に、高周波での磁気特性を低下させないためには、その渦電流損Weの抑制が不可欠である。圧粉磁心の渦電流の発生を抑えるためには、用いる磁粉のサイズを最適化し、かつ、磁粉一つ一つの表面に絶縁膜を形成させ、その磁粉を用い圧縮成形した圧粉磁心を用いる必要がある。
Claims (9)
- 磁性粉末と、フッ化物粒子と、潤滑材の加熱変性物とを含む圧粉磁心であって、前記磁性粉末は、その表面に酸化層及び/又は絶縁層を有し、相隣る前記磁性粉末の間に前記フッ化物粒子及び前記加熱変性物を有し、相隣る前記酸化層又は前記絶縁層が、前記フッ化物粒子を介して結合している部分を有することを特徴とする圧粉磁心。
- 前記絶縁層が、アルカリ土類金属フッ化物又は希土類金属フッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧粉磁心。
- 前記フッ化物粒子が、アルカリ土類金属フッ化物又は希土類金属フッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧粉磁心。
- 前記潤滑材が、ステアリン酸金属塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心。
- 前記ステアリン酸金属塩が、ステアリン酸亜鉛又はステアリン酸リチウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の圧粉磁心。
- 前記フッ化物粒子がフッ化マグネシウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心。
- 前記フッ化物粒子の添加量が、前記磁性粉末、前記フッ化物粒子及び前記潤滑材の混合物の熱処理前における重量基準で0.002〜0.2%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心を用いたことを特徴とするリアクトル。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心を用いたことを特徴とする回転電機。
