Abstract
【解決手段】円形キャップ状のアイレット15と、このアイレット15に形成された貫通孔14と、ガラス20を介してリード30を封着してなる気密端子において、前記アイレット15の下面側に配置された前記貫通孔14と互いに連なった同軸配置の座ぐり40を設け、前記貫通孔14から座ぐり端面41まで円盤状にガラスを濡れ拡げて延在させ、リードの軸線方向に形成した封着ガラスフィレットに加えて、アイレット裏面側の水平方向にもガラスの張り出しを設けたことにより、貫通孔端部領域のガラスクラックを抑止し、アイレットとリード間の沿面距離を確保して、両者間の絶縁劣化を防止する。

Claims (8)
- アイレットの貫通孔に封着ガラス材を介し電気的に絶縁してリード部材を気密封着すると共に前記封着ガラス材をアイレット下面側の貫通孔端部からその周辺に延在させ、前記アイレットの貫通孔端部領域で発生する前記封着ガラス材のクラックを防止する高耐圧用気密端子。
- 前記アイレットは前記貫通孔端部に座ぐりが形成され、前記封着ガラス材を前記座ぐりに流し込んで延在させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高耐圧用気密端子。
- 前記アイレットの下面側に延在させた前記ガラス封着材の厚さは0.4mm〜2mmの範囲内で設けたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高耐圧用気密端子。
- 前記座ぐりは深さを0.4mm以上でその内径Dを前記貫通孔の内径dに対して1.2倍以上に形成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の高耐圧用気密端子。
- 前記座ぐり部底面に延在させた封着ガラス材の表面にガラス封着治具を押し当てて、その接触表面を平坦に成型したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の気密端子。
- 貫通孔が形成されたキャップ状アイレットにリードを挿通し、絶縁封着用材により前記アイレットとリードを電気的に絶縁して封着する高耐圧用気密端子の製造方法において、前記絶縁封着材は、前記リードが挿通された前記アイレットの貫通孔およびアイレット裏面側に配置したガラス封着治具が形成する空間に溶融したガラス材を流入充填して前記貫通孔の空隙部分と同時に前記アイレット裏面側の貫通孔周辺部分に延在させた高耐圧用気密端子の製造方法。
- 前記アイレットは前記貫通孔に沿った裏面側に座ぐり加工による切削部が形成され、アイレット裏面側に配置する封着治具により、前記切削部に毛管を利用して溶融したガラス材を流入させたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の気密端子の製造方法。
- 溶融ガラス材を、座ぐり底面と、これと対応する封着治具の平面に接触させながら流入させることにより、前記アイレット座ぐり底面に延在させた封着ガラスと前記封着治具との接触表面を平坦に成型しながら固着させたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の気密端子。
