Abstract
【解決手段】ボデー1の側方に突出するように燃料入口部11が形成され、ボデー1の軸に対し燃料入口部11と反対側の位置に燃料出口部15が形成されており、燃料入口部11と燃料出口部15の中間に位置する部位に、燃料入口部11より導入される高圧燃料の圧力を計測する圧力センサ50を備える。

Claims (5)
- 高圧燃料を導入する燃料入口部(11)および当該燃料入口部(11)と連通する高圧燃料通路(12)を有するボデー(1)と、開弁時に前記燃料入口部(11)より前記高圧燃料通路(12)を介して導入される高圧燃料を噴孔(24)より噴射させるノズル(2)と、外部より入力される電気信号に応じてノズルニードル(22)に作用する圧力を制御して前記ノズル(2)の開閉作動を制御する圧力制御部(3、4)と、を備えた燃料噴射装置であって、
前記燃料入口部(11)は、前記ボデー(1)の側方に突出するように形成され、
前記ボデー(1)には、当該ボデー(1)の軸に対し前記燃料入口部(11)と反対側の位置に燃料噴射装置内部の余分な燃料を流出させる燃料出口部(15)が形成されており、
燃料入口部(11)と前記燃料出口部(15)の中間に位置する部位に、前記燃料入口部(11)より導入される前記高圧燃料の物理量を計測する物理量計測部(50)を備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記物理量計測部(50)に接続された第1のターミナル(55a)および前記圧力制御部(3、4)に接続された第2のターミナル(55b)を同一ハウジング内に収納したコネクタハウジング部(56)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記ボデー(1)の軸方向一端側に、前記ノズル(2)が配置され、
前記ボデー(1)の軸方向他端側に、前記物理量計測部(50)を固定するための取付穴(13)が形成されており、
前記ボデー(1)には、前記高圧燃料通路(12)から分岐して前記取付穴(13)へと延びる高圧燃料分岐通路(14)が形成されており、
前記物理量計測部(50)は、前記高圧燃料分岐通路(14)より前記取付穴(13)へ流入する高圧燃料の物理量を測定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記物理量計測部(50)は、中空筒形状に加工され、外周面に雄ネジが形成されたネジ部(51)と、当該ネジ部(51)の一端側に固着された物理量測定素子(52a)を有し、
前記取付穴(13)は、前記ネジ部(51)とネジ結合するネジ穴となっており、
前記ネジ部(51)と前記取付穴(13)とがネジ結合され、前記燃料入口部(11)より前記取付穴(13)へ流入する高圧燃料が前記ネジ部(51)の中空筒形状に加工された部位(51a)を通って前記物理量測定素子(52a)へ到達するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記コネクタハウジング部(56)は、前記物理量計測部(50)を含めて樹脂にて一体化成形されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射装置。
