Abstract
【解決手段】圧力センサ50を備え、ボデー1の軸方向他端側に、圧力制御部(3、4)に接続されたリード線を外部に取り出すリード線取出穴(18)と、高圧燃料を圧力センサ50へと導く燃料通路14とを形成し、リード線取出穴18および燃料通路14の出口部14aの両方よりもボデー1の軸方向一端側の外周面にOリング57を取り付け、Oリング57と密着するように、リード線取出穴18および燃料通路14の出口部14aを覆うカバー部材(54)を設ける。

Claims (3)
- 高圧燃料を導入する燃料入口部(11)および当該燃料入口部(11)と連通する高圧燃料通路(12)を有するボデー(1)と、開弁時に前記燃料入口部(11)より前記高圧燃料通路(12)を介して導入される高圧燃料を前記ボデー(1)の軸方向一端側に配置された噴孔(24)より噴射させるノズル(2)と、外部より入力される電気信号に応じてノズルニードル(22)に作用する圧力を制御して前記ノズル(2)の開閉作動を制御する圧力制御部(3、4)と、を備えた燃料噴射装置であって、
前記燃料入口部(11)より導入される前記高圧燃料の物理量を計測する物理量計測手段(50)を備え、
前記ボデー(1)の軸方向他端側には、前記圧力制御部(3、4)に接続されたリード線を外部に取り出すリード線取出穴(18)と、前記燃料入口部(11)より導入される前記高圧燃料を前記物理量計測手段(50)へと導く燃料通路(14)とが形成され、
前記リード線取出穴(18)および燃料通路(14)の出口部(14a)の両方よりも前記ボデー(1)の軸方向一端側の外周面にOリング(57)が取り付けられ、
前記Oリング(57)と密着するように、前記リード線取出穴(18)および前記燃料通路(14)の出口部(14a)を覆うカバー部材(54)が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記Oリング(57)の取り付け位置より前記ボデー(1)の軸方向他端側に、前記物理量計測手段(50)を固定するための取付穴(13)が形成され、当該取付穴(13)の底面(13a)に前記燃料通路(14)の出口部(14a)が形成されており、
前記物理量計測手段(50)は、前記取付穴(13)に取り付けられ、前記燃料入口部(11)より前記燃料通路(14)を介して前記取付穴(13)へ流入する高圧燃料の物理量を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記物理量計測手段(50)は、中空筒形状に加工され、外周面に雄ネジが形成されたネジ部(51)と、当該ネジ部(51)の一端側に固着された物理量測定素子(52a)を有し、
前記取付穴(13)は、前記ネジ部(51)とネジ結合するネジ穴となっており、
前記ネジ部(51)と前記取付穴(13)とがネジ結合され、前記燃料入口部(11)より前記取付穴(13)へ流入する高圧燃料が前記ネジ部(51)の中空筒形状に加工された部位(51a)を通って前記物理量測定素子(52a)へ到達するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
