Abstract

Claims (12)
- 空隙によって隔てられた一対の磁極を有する固定子コアであって、各磁極は、前記空隙に隣接して位置する第1の側部と、前記空隙から離れて位置する反対側の第2の側部と、前記第1の側部内に形成された磁極弧状部と、前記第2の側部内に形成された取り付け凹部と、を有し、前記取り付け凹部は、半円形であり、前記第1の側部と前記第2の側部との間の距離の少なくとも20%である深さを有する、固定子コア。
- 前記固定子コアは、前記固定子コアの外周部と内周部との間に最小幅を有し、各取り付け凹部の縁と前記固定子コアの前記内周部との間の最も短い距離は、少なくとも前記最小幅の距離である、請求項1記載の固定子コア。
- 各取り付け凹部の縁とそれぞれ対応の磁極弧状部との間の最も短い距離は、少なくとも前記最小幅の半分である、請求項2記載の固定子コア。
- 前記固定子コアは、後部を有し、各取り付け凹部の縁と前記固定子コアの内周部との間の最も短い距離は、少なくとも前記後部の幅に等しい、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コア。
- 前記固定子コアは、後部と、一対のネックとを有し、各ネックは、それぞれ対応の磁極を前記後部に連結し、各取り付け凹部の縁と前記固定子コアの内周部との間の最も短い距離は、少なくとも前記後部及び前記ネックのうちの1つの幅に等しい、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コア。
- 前記固定子コアは、後部と、一対のネックとを有し、各ネックは、それぞれ対応の磁極を前記後部に連結し、少なくとも1つのネックの幅は、対応する前記磁極に隣接して位置する端のところが増大している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コア。
- 各磁極は、前縁と後縁との間に延びる磁極弧状部を有し、前記前縁は、前記後縁よりも幅が広い、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コア。
- 前記固定子コアは、C字形である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コア。
- ハウジングと、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の固定子コアとを有する電気機械であって、前記ハウジングは、一対の支柱を有し、前記固定子コアは、各支柱がそれぞれ対応の取り付け凹部内に受け入れられるよう前記ハウジング内に取り付けられている、電気機械。
- 前記ハウジングは、プラスチックで作られている、請求項9記載の電気機械。
- 前記支柱は、中空である、請求項9又は10記載の電気機械。
- 前記電気機械は、前記固定子コアの上に位置すると共に前記支柱にねじ止めされたプリント回路板を有する、請求項11記載の電気機械。
