Abstract
【解決手段】一対の板状の給電用端子を一体化したLED素子と、導電部材によって一体形成された可動部と支持部が前記一対の給電用端子を両面から挟持する一対の板ばね状の通電端子と、前記一対の通電端子を一体化する樹脂製ハウジングと、を備えたLEDソケットと、を備え、前記LED素子は、前記給電用端子の両面から電力供給を受け、前記給電用端子を介して前記板ばね状の通電端子に着脱可能に支持されるようにLED光源ユニットを構成した。

Claims (5)
- 一対の板状の給電用端子を一体化したLED素子と、
導電部材によって一体形成された可動部と支持部が前記一対の給電用端子を両面から挟持する一対の板ばね状の通電端子と、前記一対の通電端子を一体化した樹脂製ハウジングと、を備えたLEDソケットと、を備え、
前記LED素子は、前記給電用端子を介して前記板ばね状の通電端子に着脱可能に支持され、前記給電用端子の両面から電力供給を受けることを特徴とする、車両用光源ユニット。 - 前記給電用端子は、孔を備え
前記通電端子の支持部は、前記給電用端子の装着時に前記孔に嵌合する突起と、前記装着時にその先端部が当接するストッパと、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用光源ユニット。 - 前記通電端子の支持部は、その外側端部に前記給電用端子の両側をガイドする立壁を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の車両用光源ユニット。
- 前記通電端子の支持部は、前記可動部よりも長く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちいずれかに記載の車両用光源ユニット。
- 前記LED素子は、放熱用端子を備え、
前記樹脂製ハウジングは、金属製の放熱部材を備え、
前記放熱用端子が前記放熱部材と熱伝達可能な状態で連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれかに記載の車両用光源ユニット。
