Abstract
【解決手段】下記の着色剤を以下の割合:Fe2O3(鉄の全量)=0.2〜0.45%、Se=2〜8ppm、CоO=0〜20ppm、NiO=0〜80ppmで含み、次の関係:0.7 < (200 × NiO) + (5000 × Se) + (6 × Fe3+) / (875 × CoO) + (24 × Fe2+) < 1.6を満たし、式中、各含有量はppmで表され、Fe3+はFe2O3の形の第2鉄イオン、Fe2+はFeOの形の第1鉄イオンの含有量であり、3.85mmの厚さで測定した時、0.28〜0.5のレドックス値、光源Aにおける65%よりも大きな全光透過率及び1.25よりも大きな選択性を有するガラス組成物、およびそれから製造された板ガラスから構成されたウインドウである。

下記の成分を以下に記載の重量限度内:
SiO2 64〜75%

で、かつ下記の着色剤を以下に記載の重量限度内:
Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.2〜0.45%
Se 2〜8ppm
CоO 0〜20ppm
NiO 0〜80ppm
で含み、前記着色剤が、次の関係:
0.7 < (200 × NiO) + (5000 × Se) + (6 × Fe3+) / (875 × CoO) + (24 × Fe2+) < 1.6を満たし、式中、
NiO、Se、Fe3+、CоO及びFe2+の含有量は、ppmで表され、
Fe3+は、Fe2O3の形で表される第2鉄イオンの含有量であり、
Fe2+は、FeOの形で表される第1鉄イオンの含有量であり、
前記組成物が、3.85mmの厚さで測定した時、0.28〜0.5の間で変動するレドックス値、65%よりも大きな光源Aにおける全光透過率(TLA)及び1.25よりも大きな選択性(SE)を有していることを特徴とするガラス組成物によって達成することができる。
(200 × NiO) + (5000 × Se) + (6 × Fe2O3) / (875 × CoO) + (24 × FeO)
0.8未満である時には、青色の色合い(約490〜500nmのλd)が得られ、
0.8〜1.25の間の時には、形成されるガラスは灰色であり、特定の色合いが備わっておらず、
1.25よりも大きい時には、青銅色の色合い(約540〜560nmのλd)が得られる。

を満足させる液相温度(Tliqで表される)を有している。
・光源Aにおける全光透過率(TLA);
・ISO9050標準(Parry Moon, air mass 2)に従い295〜2100nmで積算した全エネルギー透過率(TE);
・比TLA/TEによって規定される選択性(SE);
・光源D65下における主波長(λd);
・光源D65下における刺激純度(PD65);及び
・EN410:1998標準によって規定されるような全演色評価数(Ra)(構築に使用したガラス:窓ガラスの光及びソーラー特性の測定)。
下記の表に記載のそれぞれの組成物を次のようなガラスマトリックスから調製した。なお、記載の含有量は、重量%で表されており、また、それぞれが、添加された着色剤の全含有量に関して調整するため、シリカでもって補正されている。

Claims (12)
- ウインドウを製造するためのソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩タイプのガラス組成物であって、
下記の成分を以下に記載の重量限度内:
SiO2 64〜75%
Al2O3 0〜5%
B2O3 0〜5%
CaO 5〜15%
MgO 0〜5%
Na2O 10〜18%
K2O 0〜5%
で、かつ下記の着色剤を以下に記載の重量限度内:
Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.2〜0.45%
Se 2〜8ppm
CоO 0〜20ppm
NiO 0〜80ppm
で含み、前記着色剤が、次の関係:
0.7 < (200 × NiO) + (5000 × Se) + (6 × Fe3+) / (875 × CoO) + (24 × Fe2+) < 1.6を満たし、式中、
NiO、Se、Fe3+、CоO及びFe2+の含有量は、ppmで表され、
Fe3+は、Fe2O3の形で表される第2鉄イオンの含有量であり、
Fe2+は、FeOの形で表される第1鉄イオンの含有量であり、
前記組成物が、3.85mmの厚さで測定した時、0.28〜0.5の間で変動するレドックス値、65%よりも大きな光源Aにおける全光透過率(TLA)及び1.25よりも大きな選択性(SE)を有しており、また2%未満もしくはそれに等しい刺激純度を有していることを特徴とするガラス組成物。 - Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.2〜0.3%

を含み、かつ0.4よりも大であるレドックス値を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。 - 1%未満の刺激純度を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガラス組成物。

Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.2〜0.25%
Se 4〜7ppm
CоO 10〜20ppm
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のガラス組成物。 - Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.35〜0.45%

CоO 0〜10ppm
NiO 0〜80ppm
を含み、かつ0.34よりも大きいかもしくはそれに等しいレドックス値を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。 - Fe2O3(鉄の全量) 0.39〜0.45%
Se 3〜6ppm
CоO 0〜6ppm
NiO 0〜15ppm
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガラス組成物。 - 少なくとも94の演色評価数(Ra)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- CeO2、TiO2、V2O5、WO3及びLa2O3から選ばれた少なくとも1種類の光学吸収剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガラス組成物。
- 前記光学吸収剤の合計含有量が1重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のガラス組成物によってその化学組成が規定される少なくとも1枚の板ガラスを含むことを特徴とするウインドウ。
- 前記板ガラスが、0.8〜10mmの範囲の厚さを有していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のウインドウ。
- 前記板ガラスが、3.85mmの厚さの時、少なくとも70%の、光源Aにおける全光透過率(TLA)を有していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のウインドウ。
