Claims (14)
- 특히 창문을 제조하기 위한 소다 석회 규산염 유형의 유리 조성물로서,중량 기준으로 다음 범위 내의 아래 성분과,SiO264 - 75%Al2O30 - 5%B2O30 - 5%CaO 5 - 15%MgO 0 - 5%Na2O 10 - 18%K2O 0 - 5%중량 기준으로 다음 범위 내의 착색제를 포함하고,Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.2 - 0.45%Se 2 - 8ppmCoO 0 - 20ppmNiO 0 - 80ppm상기 착색제는 다음 관계식을 만족시키는데,0.7 < (200 ×NiO) + (5000 ×Se) + (6 ×Fe3+) / (875 ×CoO) + (24 ×Fe2+)< 1.6NiO, Se, Fe3+, CoO 및 Fe2+함량은 ppm 단위로 표시되고, Fe3+는 Fe2O3형태로 표시된 제 2철 (ferric iron) 함량이고, Fe2+는 FeO 형태로 표시된 제 1철 (ferrous iron) 함량이며, 상기 조성물은 0.28부터 0.5까지 변하는 산화환원(redox)과, 발광체(A) 아래에서 65%보다 큰 전체 광 투과(TLA)와, 1.25보다 큰 선택성(SE)을 갖고, 이러한 것들은 3.85mm의 두께에 대해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.2 - 0.3%Se 2 - 8ppmCoO 0 - 20ppmNiO 0 - 5ppm을 포함하고,0.4보다 크고, 바람직하게는 0.45보다 큰 산화환원을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 1% 미만의 자극 순도 (excitation purity)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, NiO를 함유하지 않고,Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.2 - 0.25%Se 4 - 7ppmCoO 10 - 20ppm을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.35 - 0.45%Se 2 - 8ppmCoO 0 - 10ppmNiO 0 - 80ppm을 포함하고,0.34 이상의 산화환원을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 1.3보다 큰 선택성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,Fe2O3(전체 철) 0.39 - 0.45%Se 3 - 6ppmCoO 0 - 6ppmNiO 0 - 15ppm을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 2% 이하의 자극 순도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 94, 바람직하게는 96보다 큰 컬러 렌더링 지수 (color rendering index)(Ra)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CeO2, TiO2, V2O5, WO3및 La2O3으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 광학 흡수제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 광학 흡수제(들)의 전체 함량은 1 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유리 조성물.
- 창문으로서,제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 화학 조성이 한정된 적어도 한장의 유리판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창문.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은 0.8 내지 10mm로 변할 수 있는 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창문.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유리판은 발광체(A) 아래에서 3.85mm의 두께에 대해 적어도 70%의 전체 광 투과(TLA)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창문.
