Abstract
【解決手段】スリーブ1は、銅電線のカシメに用いられる樹脂製のリペアスリーブであり、銅製の本体の外側を樹脂製の絶縁体で覆って構成されている。スリーブ1は、左右の端部の何れか一方から絶縁体に挿入されたアルミ電線2のアルミ芯線22を本体に収容した状態で、絶縁体の中央部11を外側から挟み込まれ、アルミ芯線22と共に圧縮される。スリーブ1を撚り合わされた2本のアルミ芯線22に被せた後、スリーブ1の中央部11を圧縮すると、アルミ芯線22がスリーブ1内でカシメられ圧着される。カシメ位置3でのアルミ芯線22の圧縮率は、50%〜85%の何れかの圧縮率で圧縮されている。

Description
図1は、本実施形態の電線圧着方法に用いられるスリーブ1を示す側面図である。
図4(a)に示す例では、アルミ芯線22が高い圧縮率で圧縮されており、図4(b)に示す場合に比べアルミ芯線22の断面積が小さくなっている。ここで、圧縮率は「カシメ位置3でのアルミ芯線22の断面積/ 圧着前のアルミ芯線22の断面積」で定められる。

Claims (1)
- 2本のアルミ電線が備えるアルミ芯線同士を撚り合わせてスリーブに挿入し、
前記スリーブと共に前記アルミ芯線を圧縮してカシメる電線圧着方法であって、
前記スリーブは、銅または銅合金製の本体を備え、
前記本体により、2本の前記アルミ芯線を50%〜85%の何れかの圧縮率で前記圧縮を行うことを特徴とする電線圧着方法。
