Abstract
【解決手段】ボデーストッパ41dとピエゾアクチュエータ2の座面23とが当接する位置から、コネクタストッパ913と被覆部212の先端とが当接する位置までの長さを取付長さAとし、ピエゾアクチュエータ2をインジェクタボデー4に組み付ける前の状態で、且つリード線23が直線状態のときの、ピエゾアクチュエータ2の座面23におけるボデーストッパ41dに当接する部位から被覆部212の先端までの長さを組み付け前長さとしたとき、組み付け前長さを取付長さAよりも長く設定して、リード線21に撓みをもたせる。

Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る燃料噴射装置用インジェクタの正面断面図、図2は図1のインジェクタの概略内部構成を示す模式的な断面図である。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図5は第2実施形態に係るインジェクタにおける要部の構成を示す正面断面図である。図6は図5の保持部材8単体を示す斜視図、図7は図6の保持部材8のY矢視図である。図8は図5のリード線21および保持部材8を一部断面で示す構成図である。なお、本実施形態は、保持部材8を追加したものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
上記各実施形態では、ボデーストッパ41dおよびコネクタストッパ913をテーパ状にしたが、それらは平面であってもよい。

Claims (1)
- 一端側から他端側まで貫通した収納穴(41)を有するインジェクタボデー(4)と、
前記インジェクタボデー(4)の一端側に配置されたコネクタ(9)と、
前記収納穴(41)に収納され、リード線(21)を介して前記コネクタ(9)に電気的に接続されたアクチュエータ(2)と、
前記アクチュエータ(2)への通電状態に応じて開弁または閉弁して開弁時に燃料を噴射するノズル(1)とを備え、
前記アクチュエータ(2)および前記リード線(21)を前記収納穴(41)に挿入し、前記インジェクタボデー(4)に設けたボデーストッパ(41d)に前記アクチュエータ(2)が当接する位置まで前記アクチュエータ(2)を押し込むことにより、前記リード線(21)の先端が前記コネクタ(9)に導かれるように構成されたインジェクタにおいて、
前記コネクタ(9)に設けたコネクタストッパ(913)に前記リード線(21)の被覆部(212)の先端が当接することにより前記被覆部(212)の先端の位置決めがなされるように構成され、
前記ボデーストッパ(41d)と前記アクチュエータ(2)とが当接する位置から、前記コネクタストッパ(913)と前記被覆部(212)の先端とが当接する位置までの長さを取付長さとし、前記リード線(21)が直線状態のときの、前記アクチュエータ(2)における前記ボデーストッパ(41d)に当接する部位から前記被覆部(212)の先端までの長さを組み付け前長さとしたとき、組み付け前長さが取付長さよりも長く設定されていることを特徴とするインジェクタ。
