Abstract
【解決手段】i)チオホスフェートを含む少なくとも1つのイソシアネートと、アミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せから選択されるシランとの第1の反応生成物と、ii)約2を超える官能性及び約300を超える分子量(Mn)を有するポリオールと、芳香族イソシアネートとの反応によって一般には形成される、イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超えるイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーである第2の反応生成物との反応生成物を含む、プライマー組成物。

Description
Claims (38)
- 第1の基材を第2の基材に接合するための方法であって、
a.前記基材の一方又は両方に対して、
i.少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネート化合物と、有機官能性シランの活性水素含有成分との反応によって調製される付加物である接着促進剤、
ii.少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートと、ポリオールとの反応に由来し、かつ、有機官能性シランの活性水素含有成分と少なくとも一部が反応させられるプレポリマー、及び、
iii.必要な場合には溶媒
を含むプライマー組成物を塗布する工程、
b.接着剤を前記基材の少なくとも1つに塗布する工程、及び
c.前記2つの基材を組み立てる工程を備える、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネート化合物が、チオホスフェート、ホスフェート、チオホスファン又はそれらの任意の組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネートが、三官能性である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネートが、トリス(イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェートを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、一般には、約2を超える官能性及び約300を超える分子量(Mn)を有するポリオールと、芳香族ポリイソシアネートとの反応生成物である、イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超える少なくとも1つのイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機官能性シランが、少なくとも1つのケイ素原子のそれぞれに結合する2つ又は3つのメトキシ基又はエトキシ基又は両方を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記有機官能基が、メルカプト基、アミノ基又はそれらの組合せである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 約1モルの前記ポリイソシアネートが、約1モル〜約3モルのアミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せと反応させられ、但し、イソシアネート基に対する水素活性基のモル比が1.0未満である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超える前記少なくとも1つのイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーが、トリオールと、MDIを含むジイソシアネートとの反応生成物である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、ジエチルマロネートをさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、酸をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸が、リン酸である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーが、薄膜形成樹脂を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- i)前記付加物が約0.5重量%〜約20重量%の量で存在する;ii)前記脂肪族プレポリマーが約10重量%〜約50重量%の量で存在する;iii)イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超える前記芳香族イソシアネート官能性プレポリマーが約20重量%〜約70重量%の量で存在する;前記溶媒が約40重量%〜約80重量%の量で存在する;iv)ジエチルマロネートが約0.1重量%〜約0.5重量%の量で存在する;v)酸が約0.01重量%〜約0.05重量%の量で存在する;又は、vi)前記i)〜前記vi)の任意の組合せである、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、少なくとも1つの薄膜形成剤、顔料又は触媒、或いは、それらの組合せを含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載される方法に従って製造される組み立て物。
- 前記基材が、ガラス、エナメル、硬化ポリウレタン、ガラス封入材、e−コート(e-coat)、ガルバニック亜鉛被覆物、アルミニウム、スチール、塗料、プラスチック、硬い被覆された有機グレイジング(glazing)、又は、それらの任意の組合せから選択される、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載される方法に従って製造される組み立て物。
- プライマー組成物及び少なくとも1つの接着剤を含む、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載される方法で使用されるキット。
- i)チオホスフェートを含む少なくとも1つのイソシアネートと、アミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せから選択されるシランとの第1の反応生成物と、ii)約2を超える官能性及び約300を超える分子量(Mn)を有するポリオールと、芳香族イソシアネートとの反応によって一般には形成される、イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超えるイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーである第2の反応生成物との反応生成物を含む、プライマー組成物のための添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物が、約1モルの前記イソシアネートが約1モル〜約3モルのアミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せと反応することの結果物である、請求項20に記載の添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物が、約1モルの前記イソシアネートが約2.3モルのアミノ−シラン又はメルカプト−シラン又はそれらの組合せと反応することの結果物である、請求項20又は21に記載の添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物の前記イソシアネートが、トリス(p−イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェートを含む、請求項20から22のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
- 前記第1の反応生成物の前記シランが、少なくとも2つのシリル基、メトキシシランエステル、ヒンダード第二級アミノ基又はそれらの任意の組合せを含むアミノ−シランである、請求項20から22のいずれか一項に記載の添加剤。
- 請求項20から23のいずれか一項に記載される添加剤をベースプライマー組成物と混合して得られるプライマー組成物を形成する工程を備える、プライマー組成物の性能を改善する方法。
- 前記添加剤が、プライマー組成物の約99重量部〜約80重量部に対して約1重量部〜約20重量部の量で混合される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマーが、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートと、ポリオールとの反応に由来する少なくとも1つのプレポリマーを含み、かつ、ケイ素に結合する複数のアルコキシ基を含むアミノシランのアミノ基と少なくとも一部が反応させられる、請求項24又は25に記載の方法。
- 基材を前記得られるプライマー組成物と接触させることをさらに含む、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、ガラス、金属、プラスチック、被覆基材又はそれらの任意の組合せから選択される、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 請求項20から23のいずれか一項に記載される添加剤と、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、及び、ポリオールの反応に由来し、かつ、ケイ素に結合した複数のアルコキシ基を含むアミノシランのアミノ基と少なくとも一部が反応させられるプレポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのベースプライマー組成物との反応によって調製される、組成物。
- 前記第2の反応生成物が、トリオールと、MDIを含むジイソシアネートとの反応生成物である、請求項29に記載の組成物。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、ジエチルマロネートをさらに含む、請求項29又は30に記載の組成物。
- 前記ジエチルマロネートが、前記プライマー組成物の約2重量%までの量で存在する、請求項31に記載の組成物。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、酸をさらに含む、請求項29から32のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸が、リン酸である、請求項33に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸が、前記プライマー組成物の約0.2重量%未満の量で存在する、請求項33又は34に記載の組成物。
- 前記プライマー組成物において、i)前記ベースプライマーが約50重量%〜約65重量%の量で存在する;ii)前記接着促進剤が約2重量%〜約7重量%の量で存在する;iii)イソシアネート含有量が約1%を超える前記イソシアネート官能性プレポリマーが約30重量%〜約40重量%の量で存在する;iv)ジエチルマロネートが約0.1重量%〜約0.5重量%の量で存在する;v)酸が約0.01重量%〜約0.05重量%の量で存在する;又は、vi)前記i)〜前記vi)の任意の組合せである、請求項29から35のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸が、リン酸である、請求項36に記載の組成物。
- 前記プライマー組成物が、薄膜形成剤又は着色剤又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項29から37のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
