Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの蓄電セル101a,101bを含む蓄電器を保持する電池保持装置は、蓄電セルの側面又は隣り合う蓄電セルの間に設けられ、蓄電セルに対向する面が凹凸形状であるセルホルダ103a〜103cと、少なくとも一部がセルホルダ内に埋設されたヒータ線と、を備える。セルホルダは、凹凸形状の面の凸部で蓄電セルと接触する。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの蓄電セルを含む蓄電器を保持する電池保持装置であって、
前記蓄電セルの側面又は隣り合う蓄電セルの間に設けられ、前記蓄電セルに対向する面が凹凸形状であるセルホルダと、
少なくとも一部が前記セルホルダ内に埋設されたヒータ線と、を備え、
前記セルホルダは、前記凹凸形状の面の凸部で前記蓄電セルと接触することを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダ内に埋設された前記ヒータ線の一部は、前記凸部に沿って延伸したことを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダの前記凹凸形状の面には、線状の凸部及び凹部が交互に並設され、
前記セルホルダ内に埋設された前記ヒータ線の一部は、前記セルホルダの前記凹凸形状の面に設けられた複数の凸部の内の少なくとも2つの隣り合う凸部に沿って延伸したことを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダの前記凹凸形状の面に設けられた凹部と前記蓄電セルの間の空間は、当該電池保持装置の外部から供給される冷却風の通気経路を形成することを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記通気経路の方向は、前記セルホルダ内に埋設され前記凸部に沿って延伸した前記ヒータ線の方向と同一であることを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダ内に埋設された前記ヒータ線は、前記隣り合う凸部に沿って延伸したヒータ線の端と端をつなぐ折り返し部を含むことを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダの前記凹凸形状の面に設けられた凹部の厚さは、前記ヒータ線の径よりも大きいことを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記セルホルダは絶縁部材で構成されることを特徴とする電池保持装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電池保持装置であって、
前記蓄電セルと前記セルホルダは一体で構成されることを特徴とする電池保持装置。
