Description
それぞれ複数の素電池が配列されて形成される複数の電池ブロックと、
隣接する二つの電池ブロック間に配設される空洞のスペーサと、
を備えることを特徴とする電池モジュール。
前記電池ブロックは、前記複数の素電池をそれぞれ収納する複数の筒部を有する収納部材を備え、
前記収納部材と前記スペーサは、金属材で形成されることを特徴とする項目1に記載の電池モジュール。
前記スペーサは、連結する二つの電池ブロック間を絶縁するための絶縁材を含んで形成されることを特徴とする項目1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
前記電池ブロックは、円柱形状の複数の素電池をそれぞれ収納する複数の筒部を六方格子状に配置した収納部材を備え、
前記収納部材の前記スペーサと接合すべき側面は、筒部の円周一部が開口されており、
前記スペーサは、前記収納部材の開口されている円周一部をなすよう、側面が波状に形成されることを特徴とする項目1または3に記載の電池モジュール。
Claims (2)
- それぞれ複数の素電池が配列されて形成される複数の電池ブロックと、
隣接する二つの電池ブロック間に配設される空洞のスペーサと、
を備え、
前記電池ブロックは、前記複数の素電池をそれぞれ収納する複数の筒部を有する収納部材を備え、
前記収納部材と前記スペーサは、金属材で形成され、
前記スペーサは、連結する二つの電池ブロック間を絶縁するための絶縁材を含んで形成されることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記電池ブロックは、円柱形状の複数の素電池をそれぞれ収納する複数の筒部を六方格子状に配置した収納部材を備え、
前記収納部材の前記スペーサと接合すべき側面は、筒部の円周一部が開口されており、
