Abstract
【解決手段】並列に接続された第1圧縮機110と第2圧縮機120の2台の圧縮機を含み、各圧縮機の吐出側にオイルセパレータ111,121が設けられ、第1圧縮機側の第1オイルセパレータ111が減圧手段115を含む第1油戻し配管114を介して第2圧縮機の吸入管164に接続され、第2圧縮機側の第2オイルセパレータ121が減圧手段125を含む第2油戻し配管124を介して第1圧縮機の吸入管163に接続され、第1圧縮機がインバータ圧縮機で第2圧縮機が一定速型の圧縮機である冷凍装置において、第1油戻し配管114の減圧手段115と並列に電磁弁116を接続し、第1圧縮機(インバータ圧縮機)110の再起動に先立って電磁弁116を開として、吐出側と吸入側とをほぼ均圧にする。

Claims (4)
- 室外ユニットに、並列に接続された第1圧縮機と第2圧縮機の少なくとも2台の圧縮機を備え、上記各圧縮機の吐出管にオイルセパレータが設けられ、上記第1圧縮機側の第1オイルセパレータが減圧手段を含む第1油戻し配管を介して上記第2圧縮機の吸入管に接続されているとともに、上記第2圧縮機側の第2オイルセパレータが減圧手段を含む第2油戻し配管を介して上記第1圧縮機の吸入管に接続されており、上記第1圧縮機がインバータ制御による回転数可変型の圧縮機で、上記第2圧縮機が回転数一定の一定速型の圧縮機である冷凍装置において、
上記第1油戻し配管の上記減圧手段と並列に、上記減圧手段に対するバイパス回路を選択的に形成する電磁弁が接続されていることを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 上記第1油戻し配管における上記減圧手段と上記電磁弁の並列回路に代えて、電子膨張弁が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。
- 室外ユニットに、並列に接続された第1圧縮機と第2圧縮機の少なくとも2台の圧縮機を備え、上記各圧縮機の吐出管にオイルセパレータが設けられ、上記第1圧縮機側の第1オイルセパレータが減圧手段を含む第1油戻し配管を介して上記第2圧縮機の吸入管に接続されているとともに、上記第2圧縮機側の第2オイルセパレータが減圧手段を含む第2油戻し配管を介して上記第1圧縮機の吸入管に接続されており、上記第1圧縮機がインバータ制御による回転数可変型の圧縮機で、上記第2圧縮機が回転数一定の一定速型の圧縮機である冷凍装置の制御方法において、
上記第1油戻し配管の上記減圧手段と並列に、上記減圧手段に対するバイパス回路を選択的に形成する電磁弁を接続し、上記第1,第2圧縮機の運転停止後で、上記第1圧縮機を再起動するにあたっては、上記電磁弁を開として上記バイパス回路を形成し、上記第1圧縮機の吐出側と吸入側とをほぼ均圧状態としたのち、上記第1圧縮機を再起動することを特徴とする冷凍装置の制御方法。 - 上記第1油戻し配管における上記減圧手段と上記電磁弁の並列回路に代えて、電子膨張弁を用い、上記第1,第2圧縮機の運転停止後で、上記第1圧縮機を再起動するにあたっては、上記電子膨張弁を全開にして、上記第1圧縮機の吐出側と吸入側とをほぼ均圧状態としたのち、上記第1圧縮機を再起動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍装置の制御方法。
