・カーボンブラック:FEF、東海カーボン社製「シーストSO」、
・硫黄:5%オイル処理硫黄、
・イミダゾール化合物(1):2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール亜鉛塩、大内新興化学工業社製「ノクラックMBZ」、
・イミダゾール化合物(2):2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール、大内新興化学工業社製「ノクラックMB」、
・ビスマレイミド化合物(1):N,N’−(4,4’−ジフェニルメタン)ビスマレイミド、ケイアイ化成社製「BMI−HS」、
・ビスマレイミド化合物(2):N,N’−m−フェニレンジマレイミド、大内新興化学工業社製「バルノックPM−P」、
・ビスマレイミド化合物(3):2,2’−ビス[4−(4−マレイミドフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン、ケイアイ化成社製「BMI−80」、

Claims (8)
- 天然ゴム、又は天然ゴムとジエン系合成ゴムとのブレンドを主成分とするゴム成分を含有する防振ゴム用ゴム組成物において、
前記ゴム成分100重量部に対し、硫黄を0.1〜1.3重量部と、ビスマレイミド化合物を0.2〜4重量部と、イミダゾール化合物を0.5〜4.5重量部含有する防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。 - 前記ビスマレイミド化合物が、N,N’−(4,4’−ジフェニルメタン)ビスマレイミド、N,N’−m−フェニレンジマレイミド、2,2’−ビス[4−(4−マレイミドフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン、ビス(3−エチル−5−メチル−4−マレイミドフェニル)メタン、及び1,6−ヘキサンジイルビスマレイミドから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項2記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 前記イミダゾール化合物が2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール骨格を持つ化合物である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 前記イミダゾール化合物が、2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール亜鉛塩、2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール、及び2−メルカプトメチルベンズイミダゾールから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項4記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 前記スルフェンイミド化合物が、N−t−ブチル−ジ(2−ベンゾチアゾール)スルフェンイミド、及びN−シクロヘキシル−ジ(2−ベンゾチアゾール)スルフェンイミドから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項6記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の防振ゴム用ゴム組成物を使用し、加硫成形して得られる防振ゴム。
