Abstract
【解決手段】はんだ層3を介して接する亜鉛又は亜鉛とアルミニウムとの合金からなる2枚の金属板1,2を外面側から加熱圧接することにより、金属板1,2のはんだ付けを行う。金属板1は、表面の接合部分にはんだ層3を備えたはんだ付金属板である。はんだごては、第1の挟持面に凸条を備え、第1の挟持面と対向する第2の挟持面に凸条に対応する凹条を備え、はんだ層3に介して対向する2枚の金属板1,2を第1及び第2の挟持面との間に挟み込んで圧接させながら、第1又は第2の挟持面を加熱することにより、2枚の金属板1,2を凸条と凹条との間に嵌合する形状に変形させるとともにはんだ付けを行う。

Claims (5)
- 鉄、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銀、銅、金、インジウム、ビスマス、チタン、又はこれらの金属を主成分とする合金の何れか1つからなり、はんだ層を介して接する2枚の金属板を外面側から加熱圧接することにより、前記金属板のはんだ付けを行うことを特徴するはんだ付け方法。
- 前記金属板の少なくも一方は、薄肉部又は貫通穴が形成されてなる折曲容易部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ付方法。
- 表面の接合部分にはんだ層を備え、鉄、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銀、銅、金、インジウム、ビスマス、チタン、又はこれらの金属を主成分とする合金の何れか1つからなることを特徴とするはんだ付金属板。
- 薄肉部又は貫通穴が形成されてなる折曲容易部を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のはんだ付金属板。
- 第1の挟持面に凸条を備え、前記第1の挟持面と対向する第2の挟持面に前記凸条に対応する凹条を備え、はんだ層に介して対向する2枚の金属板を前記第1及び第2の挟持面との間に挟み込んで圧接させながら、前記第1又は第2の挟持面を加熱することにより、前記2枚の金属板を前記凸条と前記凹条との間に嵌合する形状に変形させるとともにはんだ付けを行うことを特徴とするはんだごて。
