Claims (2)
- 表面の接合部分に予めはんだ層を備え、鉄、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銀、銅、金、インジウム、ビスマス、チタン、又はこれらの金属を主成分とする合金の何れか1つからなるはんだ付金属板と、鉄、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、銀、銅、金、インジウム、ビスマス、チタン、又はこれらの金属を主成分とする合金の何れか1つからなる金属板とを、
第1の挟持面に凸条を備え、前記第1の挟持面と対向する第2の挟持面に前記凸条に対応する凹条を備えるはんだごてを用いて、前記はんだ層に介して対向する2枚の金属板を前記第1及び第2の挟持面との間に挟み込んで圧接させながら、前記第1又は第2の挟持面を加熱することにより、前記2枚の金属板を前記凸条と前記凹条との間に嵌合する形状に変形させるとともにはんだ付けを行うことを特徴するはんだ付け方法。 - 前記はんだ付金属板は、薄肉部又は貫通穴が形成されてなる折曲容易部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ付け方法。
