Abstract
【解決手段】封口装置11は、封口板12、弁座体13、弁体15、弾性部材17、及び気液分離膜14を具備する。封口板12に開孔12cを有した弁受け凹部12aを形成し、この凹部12aに弁座体13を配置する。弁座体は、開孔12cに挿入される挿入部13b、挿入部の先端面13bfに入り口が開放されたガス抜き孔13d、及びこの孔13dの出口を囲んだ弁座部13eを有する。弁体15は、弾性部材17の付勢力で弁座部13eに押付けられ、ガス抜き孔13dの内圧が所定圧力以上となったときに弁座部13eから離れる。気液分離膜14を弁座体13と弁受け凹部12aとで挟持する。この気液分離膜14が、挿入部13bの先端面13bfを覆う孔塞ぎ部24bを有し、孔塞ぎ部24bのガス流入側の面14bfを弁受け凹部12aの裏側に配設したことを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 開孔を有する弁受け凹部が形成された封口板と、
前記開孔に挿入される挿入部、ガス抜き孔、及びこのガス抜き孔の出口を囲んだ弁座部を有して前記弁受け凹部に配置され、前記ガス抜き孔の入り口が前記挿入部の先端面に開放された弁座体と、
前記挿入部の先端面を覆う孔塞ぎ部を有して前記弁座体と前記弁受け凹部とに挟持され、前記孔塞ぎ部のガス流入側の面が、前記弁受け凹部の裏側に配設されるか若しくは前記弁受け凹部の裏面と面一に連続するように配設された気液分離膜と、
前記弁座部に弾性部材の付勢力で押付けられていて前記ガス抜き孔の内圧が所定圧力以上となったときに前記弁座部から離れる弁体と、
前記封口板の表側に取付けられて前記弾性部材を支持するカバーと、
を具備したことを特徴とする封口装置。 - 前記弁座体が前記弁受け凹部に圧入されていて、前記気液分離膜の周部が、前記挿入部に連続した前記弁座体の肩部と前記弁受け凹部の底壁とで挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封口装置。
- 開口部を有する容器本体及び前記開口部を塞いで設けられた請求項1又は2に記載の封口装置により形成され、内部に電解液が入れられた外郭を備えることを特徴とする密閉容器。
