Claims (15)
- 医用、特にウォータージェット手術用のポンプユニット(10)であって、
第1筐体部(14)および第2筐体部(15)を有するポンプ筐体(13)と、
前記第1筐体部(14)に形成される吸引路(16)および圧力路(17)と、
前記第2筐体部(15)に形成され、ポンプピストン(25、29)を受けるように構成され、かつ、2本のポンプ路(23、24;27、28)がそれぞれから伸びている、少なくとも2個のポンプシリンダー(22、26)と、
前記筐体部(14、15)のうちの一方に形成される複数の弁室凹部(31)と、
前記弁室凹部(31)を閉じるために当該弁室凹部(31)と関連付けて、前記圧力路(17)または前記吸引路(16)が通じる弁室(30)をそれぞれ形成する複数の弁室閉塞部(32)とを備え、
前記吸引路(16)と前記圧力路(17)と前記ポンプ路(23、24、27、28)とは、前記弁室(30)に通じるように設けられており、
前記ポンプユニット(10)は、滅菌ガスを透過可能な弁体(37)を少なくとも1個有する
ポンプユニット。 - 前記弁体(37)は、プレート部分(38)と中央ピン(42)とを有し、当該中央ピン(42)が、前記吸引路(16)、前記圧力路(17)、または、前記ポンプ路(23、24、27、28)に延出するように前記弁室(30)に設けられる
請求項1に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁室閉塞部(32)は、前記弁室凹部(31)内に突出している拡張部(33)として形成される
請求項1または2に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁室閉塞部(32)は、前記弁室凹部(31)と共に、環状の隙間(35)を規定するように形成される
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記筐体部(14、15)は、広範囲にわたって一体的に結合された接合部(36)によって相互連結される
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記接合部(36)は、摩擦溶接シームである
請求項5に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記接合部(36)は、前記拡張部(33)が突出している平面に設けられる
請求項5または6に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁室閉塞部(32)はそれぞれ、前記ポンプ路(23、24、27、28)のいずれかを有する
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。 - 入口路となる流路(23、27)を一つの前記弁室閉塞部(32)が有し、出口路となる流路(24、28)を別の前記弁室閉塞部(32)が有する、少なくとも2個の当該弁室閉塞部(32)が、前記各ポンプシリンダー(22、26)に関連付けられている
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記入口路を有する前記弁室閉塞部(32)は、前記弁体(37)の端部(39)と共に、オーバーフロー構造(44)を規定するように形成される
請求項9に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁体(37)の中央ピン(42)は、前記圧力路(17)内または入口路となる前記ポンプ路(23、27)内に突出するように設けられる
請求項10に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記吸引路(16)は、前記弁体(37)が遊びをもたずに荷重をかける弁座(43)において開通する
請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。 - 弁座(43)は、前記圧力路(17)に通じる前記ポンプ路(24、28)に形成される
請求項9に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁体(37)は、遊びをもたずに前記弁座(43)に荷重をかけるよう設けられる
請求項13に記載のポンプユニット。 - 前記弁室(30)には、同一の弁体(37)が設けられる
請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のポンプユニット。
