Abstract
【解決手段】対象物、特に1若しくはそれ以上の歯13,14,15又は歯列、を走査するためにスキャナが使用される。改良されたスキャナは、上記対象物上にパターンを投影するための複数のプロジェクタ4と、上記対象物を記録するためのカメラ5とが、一方が他方に隣接するように交互に配置されたキャリア部2を備えている。

Claims (12)
- 対象物、特に1若しくはそれ以上の歯(13,14,15)又は歯列、に対してパターンを投影するための複数のプロジェクタ(4)と、該対象物を記録するための複数のカメラ(5)とが所定の配列で配置されるキャリア部(2)を備えた、上記対象物を走査するためのスキャナ。
- 請求項1に記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記プロジェクタ(4)及びカメラ(5)は、上記キャリア部(2)上に2次元的に配置されていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記プロジェクタ(4)及びカメラ(5)は、上記キャリア部(2)上に交互に配置されていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記プロジェクタ(4)は、それぞれ、光源(6)と、マスク(7)と、投影光学部品(8)と、を備えていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項4に記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記マスク(7)及び投影光学部品(8)は、合成ユニットを構成していることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記プロジェクタ(4)は、それぞれ、パターンプロジェクタと、投影光学部品と、を備えていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記カメラ(5)は、それぞれ、画像センサーと、撮影光学部品と、を備えていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
複数又は全ての投影光学部品(8)、及び/又は、複数又は全ての撮影光学部品(9)は、1つのシステム光学部品(11)として結合されていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記キャリア部(2')は、折曲部(18)を有することを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナにおいて、
上記キャリア部(2,2')は、歯列の円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とするスキャナ。 - 対象物、特に1若しくはそれ以上の歯(13,14,15)又は歯列、を走査するためのスキャナ(1)と、該スキャナによって記録された画像から上記対象物の3次元座標を決定するための評価手段と、を備えていて、上記対象物の3次元座標を決定するための装置であって、
請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載のスキャナを備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項11に記載の装置において、
上記スキャナ(1)の位置及び方向を計測するための追跡システムを備えることを特徴とする装置。
