Abstract
【解決手段】酸素透過膜と、前記酸素透過膜によって外部と隔てられた室内に、内部液と、前記内部液に浸漬した作用極及び対極と、を備えたものであって、前記作用極と前記対極とは、熱膨張係数が10−6/℃を超え、かつ、10−4/℃未満である絶縁性樹脂を含有するベース部材に貫通していて、前記作用極及び前記対極と前記ベース部材とは直に接しており、前記内部液は、先端部開口に前記酸素透過膜を張り設けた筒状をなす筐体本体と、前記筐体本体の基端部開口を液密に閉塞する前記ベース部材と、から構成された筐体内に封入されているようにした。

Claims (5)
- 酸素透過膜と、前記酸素透過膜によって外部と隔てられた室内に、内部液と、前記内部液に浸漬した作用極及び対極と、を備えたものであって、
前記作用極と前記対極とは、熱膨張係数が10−6/℃を超え、かつ、10−4/℃未満である絶縁性樹脂を含有するベース部材に貫通していて、前記作用極及び前記対極と前記ベース部材とは直に接しており、
前記内部液は、先端部開口に前記酸素透過膜を張り設けた筒状をなす筐体本体と、前記筐体本体の基端部開口を液密に閉塞する前記ベース部材と、から構成された筐体内に封入されていることを特徴とする溶存酸素センサ。 - 前記作用極と前記対極とは、前記ベース部材と一体に形成されている請求項1記載の溶存酸素センサ。
- 前記絶縁性樹脂は、ポリフェニレンサルファイド又は変性ポリフェニレンオキサイドである請求項1又は2記載の溶存酸素センサ。
- 更に参照極を備えている請求項1、2又は3記載の溶存酸素センサ。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4記載の溶存酸素センサと、少なくとも1種の他のセンサと、を備えた水質分析装置。
