Abstract
【解決手段】駆動電圧生成回路は、入力電圧の入力を受けて入力電圧の電圧レベルを第1シフトした第1駆動電圧を出力する第1シフタ620と、第1駆動電圧の電圧レベルを第2シフトした第2駆動電圧を出力する第2シフタ630と、第1シフタのシフトの程度又は第2シフタのシフトの程度を周辺の温度に応じて調節する駆動電圧コントローラ640と、を備え、第2駆動電圧は、アナログ方式で周辺の温度変化に応じて連続的に変化する。

Claims (10)
- 入力電圧の入力を受けて該入力電圧の電圧レベルを第1シフトした第1駆動電圧を出力する第1シフタと、
前記第1駆動電圧の電圧レベルを第2シフトした第2駆動電圧を出力する第2シフタと、
前記第1シフタのシフトの程度又は前記第2シフタのシフトの程度を周辺の温度に応じて調節する駆動電圧コントローラと、を備え、
前記第2駆動電圧は、アナログ方式で前記周辺の温度変化に応じて連続的に変化することを特徴とする駆動電圧生成回路。 - 前記第2駆動電圧の電圧レベルは、前記周辺の温度の変化に実質的に反比例することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
- 前記第2駆動電圧は、
前記周辺の温度が第1温度以上である第1区間で第1電圧レベルを有し、
前記周辺の温度が前記第1温度より低い第2温度以下である第2区間で前記第1電圧レベルより大きい第2電圧レベルを有し、
前記第1区間と前記第2区間との間の第3区間で温度の低下に応じて前記第1電圧レベルから前記第2電圧レベルに単調増加する電圧レベルを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。 - 前記第1シフタ、前記第2シフタ、及び前記駆動電圧コントローラは、一つのチップ内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
- 前記駆動電圧生成回路は、バックコンバータ又はブースタコンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
- 前記駆動電圧コントローラは、
前記周辺の温度に応じて抵抗値が変化する可変素子を具備して前記周辺の温度に応じて変化する基準電圧を出力する基準電圧生成器を含み、
前記第2駆動電圧の電圧レベルに対応する第1フィードバック電圧を前記基準電圧と比較した結果によって前記第2駆動電圧の電圧レベルを調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。 - 前記第2駆動電圧の電圧レベルは、前記基準電圧の電圧レベルの変化に実質的に比例することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
- 前記第1シフタ又は前記第2シフタは、スイッチング素子を含み、
前記駆動電圧コントローラは、前記第1フィードバック電圧を前記基準電圧と比較する比較器を更に含み、
前記駆動電圧コントローラは、前記スイッチング素子に流れる電流の大きさに比例する第2フィードバック電圧と、前記比較器の出力とを比較した結果によって前記スイッチング素子をオン又はオフすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。 - 前記基準電圧生成器は、第1直流電圧と、前記可変素子の抵抗値に応じて変わる電圧レベルを有する可変電圧と、前記第1直流電圧より小さい第2直流電圧との入力を受けて、前記可変電圧の電圧レベルを前記第1直流電圧の電圧レベル又は前記第2直流電圧の電圧レベルと比較し、前記第1直流電圧、前記可変電圧、及び前記第2直流電圧のうちの何れか一つを前記基準電圧に選択して出力する比較及び選択部を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
- 前記第2駆動電圧は、ゲートオフ電圧であり、
前記ゲートオフ電圧の電圧レベルは、前記周辺の温度の変化に実質的に比例し、
前記ゲートオフ電圧は、前記周辺の温度が第1温度以上である第1区間で第1電圧レベルを有し、前記周辺の温度が前記第1温度より低い第2温度以下である第2区間で前記第1電圧レベルより小さい第2電圧レベルを有し、前記第1区間と前記第2区間との間の第3区間で温度の低下に応じて前記第1電圧レベルから前記第2電圧レベルに単調減少する電圧レベルを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動電圧生成回路。
