Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電界放出陰極装置は、絶縁基板と、前記絶縁基板に互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列された複数の帯状の陰極と、前記複数の帯状の陰極の表面に配列され、該帯状の陰極と電気的に接続された複数の電界放出ユニットと、前記絶縁基板の表面に設置され、前記複数の帯状の陰極の一部の領域を被覆し、前記各々の電界放出ユニットに対向する位置に貫通孔が設置される絶縁層と、互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列され、前記絶縁層の複数の貫通孔を被覆した複数の帯状のゲート電極であって、前記帯状の陰極と異なる平面においてその長軸が該帯状の陰極の長軸に直交する複数の帯状のゲート電極とを含み、前記複数の帯状のゲート電極は、前記絶縁層の面方向の内部に設置され、該絶縁層に固定される。該電界放出陰極装置を使用する電界放出表示装置も提供する。

Claims (4)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板に互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列された複数の帯状の陰極と、
前記複数の帯状の陰極の表面に配列され、該帯状の陰極と電気的に接続された複数の電界放出ユニットと、
前記絶縁基板の表面に設置され、前記複数の帯状の陰極の一部の領域を被覆し、前記各々の電界放出ユニットに対向する位置に貫通孔が設置される絶縁層と、
互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列され、前記絶縁層の複数の貫通孔を被覆した複数の帯状のゲート電極であって、前記帯状の陰極と異なる平面において該帯状のゲート電極の長軸が該帯状の陰極の長軸に直交する複数の帯状のゲート電極と、
を含む電界放出陰極装置において、
前記複数の帯状のゲート電極は、前記絶縁層の面方向の内部に設置され、該絶縁層に固定されることを特徴とする電界放出陰極装置。 - 前記帯状のゲート電極が、複数の孔を含み、各々の孔の直径が3マイクロメートル〜1000マイクロメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 前記絶縁層の材料がガラス、セラミックス又は酸化珪素であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電界放出陰極装置。
- 電界放出陰極装置及び、該電界放出陰極装置の帯状のゲート電極と間隔を置いて設置された陽極装置を含む電界放出表示装置において、
前記電界放出陰極装置が、
絶縁基板と、前記絶縁基板に互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列される複数の帯状の陰極と、
複数の帯状の陰極の表面に行列状に配列され、該帯状の陰極と電気的に接続された複数の電界放出ユニットと、
前記絶縁基板の表面に設置され、前記複数の帯状の陰極の一部の領域を被覆し、前記各々の電界放出ユニットに対向する位置に貫通孔が設置された絶縁層と、
互いに平行に間隔を置いて絶縁して配列され、前記絶縁層の複数の貫通孔を被覆した複数の帯状のゲート電極であって、前記帯状の陰極と異なる平面において該帯状のゲート電極の長軸が該帯状の陰極の長軸に直交する複数の帯状のゲート電極と、を含み、
前記複数の帯状のゲート電極は、前記絶縁層の面方向の内部に設置され、該絶縁層に固定されることを特徴とする電界放出表示装置。
