Abstract
【解決手段】外ケース1内に、主熱交換器6の配置部を経由して送風口12に至る第1通風路と、主熱交換器6の配置部を経由せずに副熱交換器6´の配置部を経由して送風口12に至る第2通風路とが画成される。第1通風路への通風を遮断自在な第1ダンパ20と、第2通風路への通風を遮断自在な第2ダンパ21との少なくとも一方を備え、弱燃焼時には、第1通風路または第2通風路への通風を遮断する。これにより、排気延長管19に流れる燃焼ガスの温度が過度に低くなることを防止し、ドレン皿18からのドレンのオーバーフローを防止できる。

Claims (4)
- 外ケースと、外ケース内に設けた、バーナを内蔵する燃焼筐と、燃焼筐内に燃焼用空気を供給する給気経路と燃焼筐から燃焼ガスを排気する排気経路との一方に介設された強制給排気用の燃焼ファンと、外ケース内に設けた、排気経路に介設される上流側の主熱交換器及び下流側の副熱交換器と、外ケースに開設した空気取入れ口及び送風口と、室内空気を空気取入れ口から吸い込み、主熱交換器及び副熱交換器の配置部を経由して送風口から室内に送風する外ケース内の温風ファンとを備える強制給排気式暖房器であって、
外ケース内に、排気経路の下流端に接続する排気延長管内に生ずるドレンを流入させるドレン皿が設けられるものにおいて、
外ケース内に、主熱交換器の配置部を経由して送風口に至る第1通風路と、主熱交換器の配置部を経由せずに副熱交換器の配置部を経由して送風口に至る第2通風路とが画成され、
温風ファンによる第1通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断自在な第1ダンパと、温風ファンによる第2通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断自在な第2ダンパとの少なくとも一方を備え、
バーナの燃焼量が所定量以下になる弱燃焼時には、第1通風路または第2通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断することを特徴とする強制給排気式暖房器。 - 前記第1ダンパと前記第2ダンパとの両者を備え、設定暖房温度と室温との偏差に応じて前記バーナの燃焼量を可変する温調運転時に、バーナの燃焼量が所定の下限燃焼量に低下したとき、設定暖房温度と室温との偏差が所定値以上であれば、第1通風路に室内空気を通風して第2通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断し、この偏差が所定値未満であれば、第2通風路に室内空気を通風して第1通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の強制給排気式暖房器。
- 請求項1又は2記載の強制給排気式暖房器であって、室温が設定暖房温度より高く設定される所定の上限温度を上回ったとき、前記バーナの燃焼を停止した状態で前記温風ファンを低速回転させる温調OFF運転を行うものにおいて、
温調OFF運転時に、前記第1通風路または前記第2通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断することを特徴とする強制給排気式暖房器。 - 請求項3記載の強制給排気式暖房器であって、前記第1ダンパと前記第2ダンパとの両者を備え、前記第1通風路は前記燃焼筐の外面に沿うように形成されるものにおいて、
前記温調OFF運転時に、燃焼筐の温度が所定温度以上であれば、第1通風路に室内空気を通風して第2通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断し、燃焼筐の温度が所定温度未満であれば、第2通風路に室内空気を通風して第1通風路への室内空気の通風を遮断することを特徴とする強制給排気式暖房器。
