Abstract
【解決手段】 静圧気体軸受装置1は、回転軸2の被軸受面3と協働して軸受隙間4を形成する軸受面5から被軸受面3に向かって噴出する高圧気体に基づく軸受隙間4における気体圧力により回転軸2を支える導電性の多孔質静圧気体軸受7と、回転軸2及び多孔質静圧気体軸受7に電気的に接続されると共に、軸受隙間4における回転軸2と多孔質静圧気体軸受7との電気的接触に基づいて回転軸2から多孔質静圧気体軸受7に加えられる負荷荷重が限界に至った旨を検知する限界荷重検知装置8と、回転軸2を回転駆動させる駆動手段9と、限界荷重検知装置8による検知に基づいて駆動手段9による回転軸2の回転駆動を制御する駆動制御手段10とを具備している。

Claims (17)
- 導電性の被軸受部材の被軸受面と協働して軸受隙間を形成する軸受面から被軸受面に向かって噴出する高圧気体に基づく軸受隙間における気体圧力により被軸受部材を支える導電性の多孔質静圧気体軸受と、被軸受部材及び多孔質静圧気体軸受に電気的に接続されると共に、被軸受部材及び多孔質静圧気体軸受の相対的な変位による軸受隙間における被軸受部材と多孔質静圧気体軸受との電気的接触に基づいて被軸受部材から多孔質静圧気体軸受に加えられる負荷荷重が限界に至った旨を検知する限界荷重検知装置とを具備している静圧気体軸受装置。
- 多孔質静圧気体軸受は、軸受面に開口を夫々有していると共に当該開口から高圧気体が噴出される複数の細孔と、この細孔の開口を少なくとも部分的に画成していると共に、開口から噴出する高圧気体により被軸受面に向かって突出され得るように変形可能な展延部とを有している多孔質体を具備している請求項1に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 多孔質体は、軸受面で露出している金属部分及び無機質部分を具備しており、展延部は金属部分からなる請求項2に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 軸受面で露出している金属部分は無機質部分で分断されている請求項3に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 金属部分は、錫、燐及び銅のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでおり、無機質部分は、黒鉛、窒化ホウ素、フッ化黒鉛、フッ化カルシウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素及び炭化ケイ素のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいる請求項3又は4に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 金属部分は、更に、ニッケル、クロム及びマンガンのうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいる請求項5に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 多孔質静圧気体軸受は、多孔質体が焼結された裏金を更に具備している請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 限界荷重検知装置は、被軸受面と展延部との電気的な接触に基づいて被軸受部材から多孔質静圧気体軸受に加えられる負荷荷重が限界に至った旨の検知信号を生成するようになっている請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 限界荷重検知装置による検知に基づいて軸受隙間における気体圧力を制御する気体圧力制御手段を更に具備している請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 気体圧力制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知に基づいて軸受隙間における気体圧力を増圧又は減圧させるようになっている請求項9に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 気体圧力制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知の回数が予め設定した設定回数に至った場合に、軸受隙間における気体圧力を制御するようになっている請求項9又は10に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 気体圧力制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知の回数が予め設定した設定時間内に設定回数に至った場合に、軸受隙間における気体圧力を制御するようになっている請求項11に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 被軸受部材を駆動させる駆動手段と、限界荷重検知装置による検知に基づいて駆動手段による被軸受部材の駆動を制御する駆動制御手段とを更に具備している請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 駆動制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知に基づいて駆動手段による被軸受部材の駆動を停止させるようになっている請求項13に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 駆動制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知の回数が予め設定した設定回数に至った場合に、駆動手段による被軸受部材の駆動を制御するようになっている請求項13又は14に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 駆動制御手段は、限界荷重検知装置による検知の回数が予め設定した設定時間内に設定回数に至った場合に、駆動手段による被軸受部材の駆動を制御するようになっている請求項15に記載の静圧気体軸受装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置の多孔質静圧気体軸受。
