Abstract
【解決手段】退避走行時に共振により入力シャフト24に作用するダメージの履歴に基づいて退避走行を制限する退避走行制限手段110を備えており、2回目以降の退避走行時にはステップS2の判断がYES(肯定)になり、入力シャフト24の共振が防止されるようにステップS4で車速Vが規制されるため、ステップS5の退避走行時に共振により入力シャフト24に重大なダメージが加えられて使用不可(疲労寿命)に至ることが抑制される。

Description
図1は、本発明が適用されたハイブリッド車両の車両用駆動装置10を示す骨子図で、燃料の燃焼によって動力を発生する内燃機関であるエンジン16と、それぞれ電動モータおよび発電機として選択的に機能する三相式の第1モータジェネレータMG1および第2モータジェネレータMG2と、シングルピニオン型の遊星歯車装置18とを同軸上に備えている。エンジン16は、トルクコンバータ等の流体式伝動装置が介在することなく、ダンパ22を介して入力シャフト24に機械的に接続されている。
図6は、前記図5の代りに実行するフローチャートで、所定のサイクルタイムで繰り返し実行されるようになっており、ステップR1は前記MG1故障判定手段100に相当し、ステップR2、R3、R4は前記ダメージ判定手段112に相当し、ステップR5は前記走行規制手段114に相当し、ステップR6は前記退避走行手段102に相当する。この図6のフローチャートのステップR1、R5、R6、R7は、それぞれ前記ステップS1、S4、S5、S7と同じ内容であり、詳しい説明を省略する。また、この実施例では、ステップR6の退避走行の実行中も所定のサイクルタイムでステップR1以下の実行が繰り返され、第1モータジェネレータMG1が修理されてステップR1の判断がNO(否定)になるまで、ステップR2以下が実行されることにより、ステップR6の退避走行の実行が継続される。

- エンジンと三相式のモータジェネレータと出力部材とを歯車式分割機構で連結し、該出力部材を介して車両に駆動トルクを付与する第1駆動源と、
車両に駆動トルクを付与する第2駆動源と、
前記モータジェネレータの一相または二相が短絡故障した場合に残りの相も短絡させて三相短絡状態とし、該三相短絡状態で前記第2駆動源を用いて退避走行を行なう退避走行手段と、
を備えているハイブリッド車両の退避走行制御装置において、
前記退避走行手段による退避走行時に共振により前記エンジンからの入力シャフトに作用するダメージの履歴に基づいて該退避走行を制限する退避走行制限手段を設けた
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の退避走行制御装置。 - 前記退避走行制限手段は、前記退避走行が行われた実行回数が予め定められた実行制限回数に達した場合に前記退避走行を制限する

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の退避走行制御装置。 - 前記退避走行制限手段は、前記退避走行を制限する際に前記エンジンの作動を禁止して前記第2駆動源のみで前記退避走行を行わせるとともに、前記入力シャフトがその共振周波数域より下の回転速度で回転させられるように該退避走行時の車速を所定値以下に規制する走行規制手段を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の退避走行制御装置。
