Abstract
【解決手段】溶湯を収納可能な溶解炉と、前記溶湯を電磁力により撹拌するための攪拌装置と、を備え、前記攪拌装置は、前記溶解炉内の溶湯と接するように、前記溶解炉の任意の位置に設けられた、第1の電極と、前記溶解炉の底壁近傍に、前記溶湯と接するように設けられた、第2の電極と、前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、N極を前記底壁と対向させる、第1の磁場装置と、前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、S極を前記底壁と対向させる、第2の磁場装置と、を有し、前記第1の磁場装置と前記第2の磁場装置とは、互いに、ある方向に沿った隙間を介して配置されている、ことを特徴とする攪拌装置付溶解炉として構成される。

溶湯を収納可能な溶解炉と、前記溶湯を電磁力により撹拌するための攪拌装置と、を備え、
前記攪拌装置は、
前記溶解炉内の溶湯と接するように、前記溶解炉の任意の位置に設けられた、第1の電極と、
前記溶解炉の底壁近傍に、前記溶湯と接するように設けられた、第2の電極と、
前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、N極を前記底壁と対向させる、第1の磁場装置と、
前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、S極を前記底壁と対向させる、第2の磁場装置と、
を有し、
前記第1の磁場装置と前記第2の磁場装置とは、互いに、ある方向に沿った隙間を介して配置されている、
ことを特徴とする攪拌装置付溶解炉
として構成される。

Claims (12)
- 溶湯を収納可能な溶解炉と、前記溶湯を電磁力により撹拌するための攪拌装置と、を備え、
前記攪拌装置は、
前記溶解炉内の溶湯と接するように、前記溶解炉の任意の位置に設けられた、第1の電極と、
前記溶解炉の底壁近傍に、前記溶湯と接するように設けられた、第2の電極と、
前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、N極を前記底壁と対向させる、第1の磁場装置と、
前記溶解炉の外部に、前記溶解炉の底壁と対向して設けられ、S極を前記底壁と対向させる、第2の磁場装置と、
を有し、
前記第1の磁場装置と前記第2の磁場装置とは、互いに、ある方向に沿った隙間を介して配置されている、
ことを特徴とする攪拌装置付溶解炉。 - 前記第1及び第2の電極は、前記溶解炉の側壁及び底壁に、露呈状態に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記攪拌装置は、前記溶解炉に対して、前記隙間の走る方向が変えられるように、ほぼ垂直な軸の回りに回転可能に、設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記攪拌装置における、前記第1及び第2の磁場装置は、互いに接離して前記隙間の幅を調整可能に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記隙間はテーパー状となるように前記第1及び第2の磁場装置が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記第1及び第2の磁場装置として永久磁石を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記第1及び第2の磁場装置として電磁石を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記第1及び第2の磁場装置を空冷するブロアーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記第1及び第2の磁場装置による温度を検出する温度センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記攪拌装置を複数備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記溶解炉は耐火物で構成され、前記攪拌装置はステンレスのケースで覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
- 前記第1及び第2の電極に給電する電源を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の攪拌装置付溶解炉。
