Abstract
【解決手段】多数の熱可塑性樹脂塊1aが結合一体化された表面層1を有する床シートであって、全ての熱可塑性樹脂塊1aの結合界面、又はその結合界面及び表面層の表面に防滑粒子1bが偏在して不均一に分散した構成の防滑床シートS1とする。一部の熱可塑性樹脂塊の結合界面、又はその結合界面及び表面層の表面に防滑粒子が偏在し、この防滑粒子の偏在した熱可塑性樹脂塊が表面層に散在している構成の防滑床シートとしてもよい。防滑粒子が均一に分散する場合に比べて防滑粒子の含有量が減少するので、表面層1の物性の低下が抑制され、しかも表面層1の表面に露出した防滑粒子1bによって良好な防滑性が発揮される。

Description
また、上記の炭化ケイ素粒子に代えて、防滑粒子としてアクリルビーズ(平均粒径150μm)を10質量混合した以外は、上記と同様にしてアクリルビーズ添着ペレットも調製した。
そして、上記の炭化ケイ素粒子添着ペレットと上記のアクリルビーズ添着ペレットを、それぞれ100質量部の塩化ビニル樹脂ペレットに10質量部ずつ混合して二種類の混合物を得た。
また、比較のために、塩化ビニル樹脂ペレットのみを使用し、上記と同様の方法で、防滑粒子を含まない細かい凹凸を形成しただけの表面層Cを作製し、この表面層について同様の滑り試験を行った結果を下記の表1に併記する。
JIS A 1454の規定に従い、すべり片(ウレタンゴム製、ゴム硬度:90°、底面積:56cm2、端部傾斜30°)を用い、80kgfの載荷重を負荷し、すべりはじめ時の最大引張り荷重Pmaxを載荷重で除した値、C.S.R.値を「防滑性能」としている。
C.S.R.値=Pmax(kgf)/80(kgf) 測定時の床シートの表面は、湿潤状態(水道水とJIS Z 8901に規定する試験用粉体1の1種及び7種を20:9:1の比率で混合したものを、試験体表面に400g/m2の割合で散布した状態)で測定を行った。

Claims (5)
- 多数の熱可塑性樹脂塊が結合一体化された表面層を有する床シートであって、表面層を形成する全ての熱可塑性樹脂塊の結合界面、又はその結合界面及び表面層の表面に防滑粒子が偏在していることを特徴とする防滑床シート。
- 多数の熱可塑性樹脂塊が結合一体化された表面層を有する床シートであって、表面層を形成する一部の熱可塑性樹脂塊の結合界面、又はその結合界面及び表面層の表面に防滑粒子が偏在し、この防滑粒子の偏在した熱可塑性樹脂塊が表面層に散在していることを特徴とする防滑床シート。
- 防滑粒子が、無機粒子、熱硬化性樹脂粒子、熱軟化温度が熱可塑性樹脂塊のそれよりも高い熱可塑性樹脂粒子、のいずれか、又はその組み合わせである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の防滑床シート。
- 熱可塑性樹脂粒の表面に防滑粒子を添着させ、この防滑粒子を添着させた熱可塑性樹脂粒を一定の厚さに積み重ねて加熱軟化させると共に加圧して結合一体化させることにより、表面層を形成すること特徴とする、請求項1に記載された防滑床シートの製造方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂粒の表面に防滑粒子を添着させ、この防滑粒子を添着させた熱可塑性樹脂粒と防滑粒子を添着させていない熱可塑性樹脂粒を混合し、この混合物を一定の厚さに積み重ねて加熱軟化させると共に加圧して結合一体化させることにより、表面層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載された防滑床シートの製造方法。
