Claims (7)
- a.溶剤、樹脂および研磨材を攪拌混合して研磨複合材料を形成する、
b.押出機によって該研磨複合材料を、線条状の研磨線条として押し出し、該研磨材を前記線条状研磨線条の外表面に突出させる、
c.該線条状研磨線条が冷却する前に、該線条状研磨線条を不規則に特定容器内に積み重ねて敷き、適当な厚さの研磨布を形成する、
d.加圧平坦化装置によって、該研磨布を必要な厚さになるまで加圧平坦化し、前記樹脂の粘度によって各線条状研磨線条を相互に固定、結合させて成形された研磨布とする、
のステップを含み、
前記研磨複合材料中の溶剤、樹脂および研磨材の重量比が1:4:8であり、
前記樹脂がエポキシ樹脂であり、
前記研磨材は金剛砂、ガーネット、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、酸化ジルコニウム、ダイヤモンドまたは陶磁器であることを特徴とする研磨布の製造方法。 - 前記押出機が少なくとも一個又は少なくとも一組の押出口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。
- 前記押出機または前記特定容器が往復運動を行うことにより、該押出機が継続して押し出す線条状研磨線条を、不規則に前記特定容器内に積み重ねて敷くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。
- 前記加圧平坦化装置が加圧板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。
- 前記加圧平坦化装置がローラーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。
- ステップdの後に、
前記成形後の研磨布を必要な面積の大きさに従って切断し、必要な規格の大きさの研磨布とする裁断ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。 - 前記溶剤がトルエンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨布の製造方法。
