Abstract
【解決手段】半導体発光素子の発光光を光源とし、該発光光を投影レンズに導いて車両外部を照射する車両用灯具であり、前記投影レンズからの照射方向に対して発光光が後方に向けて出射するように半導体発光素子を配置し、該半導体発光素子の前方に単数または複数の投影レンズを配置するとともに、後方に前記半導体素子の発光光を反射し前記投影レンズに入射させる楕円リフレクタを配置してなり、金属材料により一体成型されたレンズホルダに、前記半導体発光素子および投影レンズを配設する。

Description
本発明の第1実施例は複灯式の車両用灯具1となるようにしたもので、図1は平面図、図2は正面図、図3は概略断面図を示し、図4に分解斜視図を示す。同各図において、車両用灯具1の主体部となるレンズホルダ11は、例えば、アルミなど軽合金などの金属材料による鋳造や鍛造などにより上部レンズホルダ11Aと下部レンズホルダ11Bが一体成形されている。
本発明の第2実施例は単灯式の車両用灯具5となるようにしたもので、図6は平面図、図7は正面図、図8は概略断面図を示し、図9に分解斜視図を示す。同各図において、車両用灯具5の主体部となるレンズホルダ51は、第1実施例と同様にアルミなど軽合金などの金属材料による鋳造や鍛造などにより一体成形されている。

Claims (4)
- 半導体発光素子の発光光を光源とし、該発光光を投影レンズに導いて車両外部を照射する車両用灯具であり、
前記投影レンズからの照射方向に対して発光光が後方に向けて出射するように半導体発光素子を配置し、該半導体発光素子の前方に単数または複数の投影レンズを配置するとともに、後方に前記半導体素子の発光光を反射し前記投影レンズに入射させる楕円リフレクタを配置してなり、
金属材料により一体成形されたレンズホルダに前記半導体発光素子および前記投影レンズを配設したことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記レンズホルダの外周の一部に放熱フィンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記楕円リフレクタの反射領域外の半導体発光素子からの発光光を反射する放物面リフレクタを、前記半導体発光素子の後方に配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記投影レンズの焦点の近傍で配光パターンのカットオフを形成する遮光シャッタを前記レンズホルダに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
