Abstract
【解決手段】容器51と、容器中51に存在する合成油41aと、容器51中に存在する合成油41a中に設置される固形状の触媒52と、合成ガスをマイクロバブルするマイクロバブル発生器53とを有する合成油の製造装置を用いて、合成油41a中にマイクロバブル発生器53で発生させた合成ガスのマイクロバブルを送出し、マイクロバブルが触媒52に達することにより、FT合成反応がなされ新たな合成油が製造される。

Description
さらに、本発明の合成油の製造装置は、前記容器と連通する循環路と、前記循環路中に設けられる冷却器を有し、前記容器中の合成油を前記冷却器により冷却することを特徴とする。
さらに、本発明の合成油の製造装置は、昇圧器を有し、前記合成ガスは昇圧器により昇圧されてマイクロバブルにされていることを特徴とする。
さらに、本発明の合成油の製造装置は、第一背圧弁を有し、前記第一背圧弁は、前記容器中の合成油の圧力が一定以上になった場合、前記合成油を排出することを特徴とする。
さらに、本発明の合成油の製造装置は、第二背圧弁を有し、前記第二背圧弁は、前記容器中の上方にたまった気体の圧力が一定以上になった場合、前記気体を排出することを特徴とする。
さらに、本発明の合成油の製造方法は、昇圧されたマイクロバブルにより前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応がなされることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 容器と、前記容器中に存在する合成油と、前記容器中に存在する合成油中に設置される固形状の触媒と、合成ガスをマイクロバブル化するマイクロバブル発生器とを有し、
前記合成油中にマイクロバブル発生器で発生させた合成ガスのマイクロバブルを送出し、前記マイクロバブルが前記触媒に達することにより、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応がなされ新たな合成油が作られることを特徴とする合成油の製造装置。 - 前記触媒は、異なる高さに複数設けられ、前記マイクロバブルは、各触媒の下側ごとに送出されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合成油の製造装置。
- 前記容器と連通する循環路と、前記循環路中に設けられる冷却器を有し、前記容器中の合成油を前記冷却器により冷却することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の合成油の製造装置。
- 昇圧器を有し、前記合成ガスは昇圧器により昇圧されてマイクロバブルにされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の合成油の製造装置。
- 第一背圧弁を有し、前記第一背圧弁は、前記容器中の合成油の圧力が一定以上になった場合、前記合成油を排出することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の合成油の製造装置。
- 第二背圧弁を有し、前記第二背圧弁は、前記容器中の上方にたまった気体の圧力が一定以上になった場合、前記気体を排出することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の合成油の製造装置。
- 合成油中に合成ガスのマイクロバブルを送出し、前記マイクロバブルが合成油中に設置されている固形状の触媒に達することにより、フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応がなされ新たな合成油が作られることを特徴とする合成油の製造方法。
- 昇圧されたマイクロバブルにより前記フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成反応がなされることを特徴とする請求項7記載の合成油の製造方法。
