Claims (10)
- 基板(20)と、
前記基板(20)に取り付けられる流動層アセンブリ(24)であって、前記基板(20)に面する第1の側面(34)と前記基板(20)と前記基板(20)に面しない第2の側面(36)とを有し、前記第2の側面(36)に形成される隆起部分(38)を有する、流動層アセンブリ(24)と、
前記流動層アセンブリ(24)内の前記隆起部分(38)以外の部分に形成される第1のノズル(16a)と、
前記流動層アセンブリ(24)内の前記隆起部分(38)に形成される第2のノズル(16b)であって、前記第1のノズル(16a)よりも大きな断面積を有する、第2のノズル(16b)とを備えることを特徴とする流体吐出装置(12)。 - 前記第2のノズル(16b)は前記第1のノズル(16a)よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- 前記第1のノズル(16a)に関連する第1の流体吐出機(32)と、前記第2のノズル(16b)に関連する第2の流体吐出機(32)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- インクジェットプリントヘッドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体吐出装置(12)。
- フォトレジスト材料の第1の層(54)を基板(20)に塗布すること、
前記第1の層(54)のいくつかの部分を電磁放射に露光することであって、前記第1の層(54)内に可溶性材料の第1の領域(58a)及び可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)を画定し、前記可溶性材料の第1の領域(58a)は前記可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)よりも小さい、電磁放射に露光すること、
フォトレジスト材料の第2の層(60)を前記第1の層(54)に塗布すること、
前記第2の層(60)のいくつかの部分を電磁放射に露光することであって、可溶性材料の第3の領域(58c)及び前記可溶性材料の第3の領域(58c)を包囲する不可溶性材料の領域(64)を画定し、前記可溶性材料の第3の領域(58c)は前記可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)と位置合わせされる、露光すること、
前記可溶性材料の第1の領域(58a)が第1のノズル(16a)を画定するように可溶性材料を除去することであって、前記可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)及び前記可溶性材料の第3の領域(58c)は共に第2のノズル(16b)を画定し、前記不可溶性材料の領域(64)は隆起部分(38)を画定する、除去することを含むことを特徴とする流体吐出装置(12)を製造する方法。 - 前記第1の層(54)を露光することは、前記可溶性材料の第1の領域(58a)を画定する第1の露光、及び前記可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)を画定する第2の露光を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の露光は前記可溶性材料の第1の領域(58a)用の収束プロファイルを生成するフォーカスオフセットを用いて行われ、前記第2の露光は前記可溶性材料の第2の領域(58b)用の拡散プロファイルを生成するフォーカスオフセットを用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(54)は前記第2の層(60)を前記第1の層(54)に塗布する前に露光されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(54)の第1の部分は前記第2の層(60)を前記第1の層(54)に塗布する前に露光され、前記第1の層(54)の第2の部分は、前記第2の層(60)を前記第1の層(54)に塗布した後に露光されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層(54)の前記第2の部分及び前記第2の層(60)のいくつかの部分は一緒に露光されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
