Description
Claims (24)
- 複合外板及び少なくとも一つの複合補強材を含むパネルを製造する方法において,
前記補強材の両側に第1及び第2マンドレルを配置し,
前記外板の両側に第1及び第2圧縮工具を配置し,
一方又は双方の圧縮工具を移動させることによって,前記第1圧縮工具と第2圧縮工具との間の外板を圧縮し,
前記圧縮工具の移動によって,前記マンドレルの間の補強材を圧縮するために,第1及び第2マンドレルが傾斜経路に沿って補強材の方へ移動することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法であって,前記マンドレルが補強材の方へ移動する際に,一方の圧縮工具における傾斜面に対して滑るように移動することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載の製造方法であって,
前記一方の圧縮工具は,底面と,いずれも底面から外側に傾斜する第1及び第2の壁により構成される溝を有し,
前記マンドレルが,補強材の方へ移動する際に,第1及び第2の壁に対して滑るように移動することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 複合パネルを製造するための装置であって,
それぞれ一対の傾斜面を有する第1及び第2マンドレルと,
第1圧縮工具と,
第1マンドレルを係合する第1傾斜面と,第2マンドレルを係合する第2傾斜面を有する第2圧縮工具とを具えることを特徴とする製造装置。 - 複合外板及び少なくとも一つの複合補強材を含むパネルを製造する方法において,
マンドレル上に前記補強材を形成し,
補強材及びマンドレルを連結ステーションに移送し,その移送工程の間マンドレルは補強材の重量を支持しており,
連結ステーションにおいて,補強材を外板に連結することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の製造方法であって,
前記連結ステーションにおいて,マンドレル上の補強材の上に外板を配置し,その配置工程の間マンドレルは補強材の重量を支持していることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 複合パネルを製造する方法において,
前記パネルを貫いて規制部材を配置し,
圧縮工具を貫いてプラグを配置し,
規制部材をプラグに係合させ,
プラグを圧縮工具の基準面に係合させ,
パネルを圧縮工具によって圧縮し,
前記パネルが圧縮された後に,プラグを規制部材から取り外すことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の製造方法であって,前記圧縮工具は,工具胴体と,その工具胴体の穴内に設置されたガイドインサートとを含み,そのガイドインサートは基準面を与えることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の製造方法であって,前記プラグ及び規制部材における雌型部分と雄型部分を係合させることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項9に記載の製造方法であって,前記規制部材はプラグの雌型部分に係合する雄型部分を有し,その規制部材の雄型部分はパネルの外面を越えて突出することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 複合パネルを製造するための装置であって,その製造装置は,
規制部材と,
パネルを圧縮するための圧縮工具と,
圧縮工具を貫いて通り抜け,規制部材に係合するように寸法が規定されたプラグであって,パネルが圧縮された後に取り外すことが可能なプラグとを具え,
前記圧縮工具は,そのプラグが前記圧縮工具を貫いて通り抜ける際にプラグを係合する基準面を有することを特徴とする製造装置。 - 請求項11に記載の製造装置であって,前記規制部材が円筒状のピンであることを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の製造装置であって,前記規制部材が炭素により形成されることを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の製造装置であって,前記圧縮工具は,工具胴体と,前記工具胴体の穴内に配置されるガイドインサートとを含み,そのガイドインサートは基準面を与えることを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項14に記載の製造装置であって,前記ガイドインサートは,工具胴体の外面に係合するフランジを有し,前記プラグは,プラグを前記規制部材に係合させる際にガイドインサートのフランジを係合するフランジを有することを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の製造装置であって,前記プラグと前記規制部材は,プラグが圧縮工具を貫いて通り抜けるときに互いに係合する雄型部分及び雌型部分を有することを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項16に記載の製造装置であって,前記雄型部分は内側に先細になっており,前記雌型部分は外側に広がっていることを特徴とする製造装置。
- 請求項1〜3及び5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法であって,前記パネルは航空機の一部であることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3,5〜10及び18のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造された複合パネル。
- 複合ラミネート材を製造する方法において,
上方雄型工具の上に複合ラミネート材を配置し,それにより複合ラミネート材は,雄型工具を係合するシード部において局所的に圧縮されるとともに,重力の作用により前記シード部における二つの対辺上に垂れ下がり,
ラミネート材を,前記シード部の二つの対辺上で雄型工具に対して成形されるように,ラミネート材を変形させることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項20に記載の製造方法であって,前記雄型工具は,複合ラミネート材係合する場所において局所的に湾曲していることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項20又は21に記載の製造方法であって,前記雄型工具が前記シード部における二つの対辺上に傾斜面を有することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項20〜22のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法であって,前記パネルが航空機の一部であることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項20に記載の製造方法により製造された複合ラミネート材。
