Claims (23)
- ステントの島状部を除去する方法において、
ステントをチューブ上に位置決めするステップであって、前記ステントが、パターンと、前記パターンに付着し且つパターンの一部となるように意図されていない除去可能な島状部と、を備え、前記チューブが該チューブの内部と連通する少なくとも1つの出口開口を含む、ステップと、
流体を前記チューブ内へ送るステップであって、前記流体が前記少なくとも1つの出口開口を通じて抜け出るとともに、抜け出る流体がステントパターンの島状部の少なくとも1つの除去を容易にする、ステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記流体がガスである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パターンがレーザカットによって形成される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントが前記チューブの長手方向軸を中心に回転される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントが前記チューブの長手方向軸に沿って摺動される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントが、前記チューブの長手方向軸を中心に回転されるとともに、前記チューブの長手方向軸に沿って摺動される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つ以上の開口上にわたって前記ステントを摺動させるステップを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記島状部の除去を容易にするために、前記ステントを前記チューブ上で前後に摺動させるステップを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントの端部で保持部材を用いて前記ステントを前記チューブに対して固定するステップを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記保持部材がコレットである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントが生体安定性ポリマーおよび/または生体吸収性ポリマーを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントが金属ステントである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の流れが連続的である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の流れがパルス状である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口が、前記流体が薄いシートとして前記チューブから出ることを可能にする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が、前記チューブの前記少なくとも1つの開口から径方向に放出される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が、前記チューブの前記少なくとも1つの開口から径方向以外の方向で放出される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 内部と連通する少なくとも1つの出口開口を含み且つ加圧流体と島状部を備えるステントとを受けるようになっているチューブを備え、前記流体が前記少なくとも1つの出口開口を通じて抜け出るとともに、前記ステントが前記チューブ上に位置されるときに、前記抜け出る流体が前記ステントの島状部の少なくとも1つの除去を容易にする、ステント島状部除去アセンブリ。
- 島状部を含むステントを更に備える請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ステントを前記チューブに対して固定する少なくとも1つのコレットを更に備える請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口が、加圧流体が薄いシートとして前記チューブから出ることを可能とするようになっている請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口が、加圧流体を前記チューブから径方向に放出できるようになっている請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの開口が、加圧流体を前記チューブから径方向以外の方向で放出できるようになっている請求項18に記載のアセンブリ。
