Claims (10)

  1. 試料中のビタミンD代謝産物を測定する方法であって、
    a)ビタミンD結合タンパク質からビタミンD代謝産物出するが、タンパク質沈殿を生じないことに適した条件下で、試料を放出試薬で処理する工程、
    b)工程(a)で得られた処理試料を液体クロマトグラフィーにかける工程、および
    c)液体クロマトグラフィー中または後にビタミンD代謝産物を測定する工程
    を含み、該放出試薬がカチオンとして4N-複素環を有する塩に基づいている、方法。
  2. 前記液体クロマトグラフィーがフリットおよび床物質を含むカラムの使用によって行われるカラムクロマトグラフィーである、請求項1記載の方法。
  3. 前記フリットが0.2または0.5μmの孔径を有する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
  4. 前記床物質が粒子であり、粒子が1〜10μmの直径を有する、請求項1〜3いずれか記載の方法。
  5. 前記液体クロマトグラフィーが高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)である、請求項1〜4いずれか記載の方法。
  6. 前記放出試薬がビタミンD結合タンパク質から少なくとも99%の25 OH-ビタミンD3を放出することができる試薬である、請求項1記載の方法。
  7. ビタミンD代謝産物が25 OH-ビタミンD3である、請求項1〜6いずれか記載の方法。
  8. 前記試料が血清または血漿である、請求項1〜7いずれか記載の方法。
  9. 個体のビタミンD状態の測定における請求項1〜8いずれか記載の方法の使用。
  10. ビタミンD放出試薬およびさらにアイソトープ標識ビタミンD代謝産物を含むキットであって、該アイソトープ標識ビタミンD代謝産物は別の成分として存在し得るか、またはビタミンD放出試薬に既に含まれ、該放出試薬はカチオンとして4N-複素環を有する塩に基づいている、キット。
