Description
Claims (30)
- プロセスの監視または制御に用いる工業プロセスに連結するためのプロセス装置であって、
前記工業プロセスに物理的に連結するように構成された装置ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられたワイヤーコイルと、
前記工業プロセスにおける振動に応答して前記ワイヤーコイルを通って動くように構成され、これにより前記ワイヤーコイルに電流を誘起する磁石と、
前記ワイヤーコイルから前記電流を受け取るための入力を有する、前記ハウジング内の電気回路と、
を備えるプロセス装置。 - 前記電気回路が、前記電流に基づいて工業プロセスの運転を診断するように構成された請求項1の装置。
- 前記電流をディジタル化しディジタル値を出力するアナログディジタル変換器を含む請求項2の装置。
- 診断を実行するように構成されたマイクロコントローラを含む請求項2の装置。
- 前記診断が工業プロセス内の振動の振幅に基づく請求項2の装置。
- 前記診断が工業プロセス内の振動の周波数に基づく請求項2の装置。
- 前記診断が工業プロセス内の振動の固有特性に基づく請求項2の装置。
- 前記電気回路が、前記振動およびメモリに格納されたデータに基づく診断出力を提供する請求項2の装置。
- プロセス変数を検知するように構成されたプロセスインタフェースを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置が前記プロセスを制御するように構成されたプロセスインタフェースを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記電気回路が前記コイルからの前記電流を電力として蓄積するように構成された電力貯蔵回路を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記電力貯蔵回路がコンデンサからなる請求項11の装置。
- 前記コイルからの前記電流を整流するための整流器を含む請求項11の装置。
- 前記磁気誘導回路が前記コイルに対する前記磁石の動き方向を反転するように構成されたばね部材を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記磁石の方向が調整可能である請求項1の装置。
- 振動を検知するように構成されたセンサを含む請求項15の装置。
- 前記磁石の方向が前記検知された振動に基づいて調整される請求項16の装置。
- 前記センサが三軸加速度計からなる請求項16の装置。
- 前記コンデンサがウルトラキャパシタからなる請求項12の装置。
- 前記工業プロセスの監視または制御に使用される種類の工業プロセスに連結されたプロセス装置における振動を検出する方法であって、
前記プロセス装置のハウジングを前記工業プロセスに物理的に連結することと、
前記物理的連結を通して前記工業プロセスから振動を受けることと、
前記振動に応答してワイヤーコイルを通って磁石を移動させ、前記ワイヤーコイルに電流を発生することと、
前記電流を前記プロセス装置の回路に提供することと、
を備える方法。 - 前記電流に基づいて工業プロセスの運転を診断することを含む請求項20の方法。
- 前記診断が振動の振幅に基づいてなされる請求項21の方法。
- 前記診断が振動の周波数に基づいてなされる請求項21の方法。
- 前記診断が振動の固有特性に基づいてなされる請求項21の方法。
- 前記診断が振動および格納されたデータに基づいてなされる請求項21の方法。
- 前記コイルからの前記電流により、電力を蓄積することを含む請求項20の方法。
- 前記コイルからの前記電流を整流することを含む請求項20の方法。
- 前記磁石の方向を調整することを含む請求項20の方法。
- 前記検知された振動に基づいて振動を検知し、前記磁石の方向を調整することを含む請求項28の方法。
- 振動の検知が三軸加速度計の出力を監視することを含む請求項29の方法。
