Claims (4)
- 光取り出し部材のアレイの作製方法であって、
LEDダイに連結するために適した光取り出し部材を形成するようにそれぞれの空洞が適合されている、複数の空洞を内部に有する金型を提供する工程と、
該金型を複数のガラス粒子で充填する工程と、
該空洞の形状に一致するように該粒子を再形成するために、ガラス転移温度を上回るまで該ガラス粒子を加熱する工程と、
該空洞間に延在するランド層を形成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記空洞及び前記ガラス粒子の相対的サイズが、2つ以上のガラス粒子がそれぞれの空洞を充填するようなサイズである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞及び前記ガラス粒子の相対的サイズが、単一のガラス粒子がそれぞれの空洞をほぼ充填するようなサイズである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金型が、表面粗度Raが50ナノメートル(nm)未満である表面を少なくとも1つ有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
