Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 熱交換ユニット内で熱交換部材として使用するための熱交換薄層であって、実質的に平面的に延在する基層を含み、該基層は、導電性非金属接触層で両側塗工される、熱交換薄層。
- 前記導電性非金属接触層は、グラファイト箔である、請求項1に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 前記基層は、金属シートである、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 前記金属シートは、鉄ニッケル合金を含む、請求項3に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 前記鉄ニッケル合金は、実質的に35%のニッケルを含む、請求項4に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 前記鉄ニッケル合金は、鉄ニッケル合金の面心立方結晶構造である、請求項5に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 前記基層は、2×10−6m/m×Kよりも小さい線形熱膨張係数αを有する、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層。
- 熱交換ユニット内での請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層の使用。
- 向流熱交換ユニット内での請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層の使用。
- 印刷システムの熱交換ユニット内での請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層の使用。
- 印刷エンジンからの印刷媒体を冷却し且つ印刷エンジンに向かう印刷媒体を加熱するための印刷システムの熱交換ユニット内での請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層の使用。
- 熱交換領域と、動作中に供給部から前記熱交換領域を通じて印刷エンジンに第一印刷媒体を輸送するために構成される第一印刷媒体輸送経路と、動作中に前記印刷エンジンから前記熱交換領域を通じて第二印刷媒体を輸送するために構成される第二印刷媒体輸送経路とを含む、熱交換ユニットであって、前記第一印刷媒体輸送経路に面する第一側と、前記第二印刷媒体輸送経路に面する第二の反対側とを有する固定熱交換部材をさらに含み、動作中に、前記第二印刷媒体は、前記第一印刷媒体に対して高温にあり、前記第一印刷媒体及び前記第二印刷媒体は、前記熱交換領域内で熱交換接触を有し、前記固定熱交換部材は、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換薄層である、熱交換ユニット。
- 印刷媒体供給部と、マーキング材料を印刷媒体に塗布するための印刷エンジンと、請求項12に記載の熱交換ユニットとを含む、印刷システム。
