Claims (6)
- 冷媒が、圧縮器(11)、4方弁(21)、室内側熱交換器(12)、膨張弁(23、24)、室外側熱交換器(13)によって形成される閉ループを循環され、前記4方弁(21)によって前記冷媒の循環方向を切り替えることにより冷房及び暖房運転を行う高速除霜ヒートポンプにおいて:
前記圧縮器(11)と前記4方弁(21)との間に連結される冷媒管に配設される3方弁(22)を備え、
バイパス管(31)が、前記膨張弁(24)と前記室外側熱交換器(13)との間に連結される冷媒管に連結されるように前記3方弁(22)から分岐され、
前記圧縮器(11)から吐き出されたホットガスが、前記3方弁(22)の制御により、前記バイパス管(31)を介して前記室外側熱交換器へ流れ込む、高速除霜ヒートポンプ。 - 前記室内側熱交換器(12)と前記膨張弁(23)との間及び前記室外側熱交換器(13)と前記膨張弁(24)との間にそれぞれ配設される一対の分配器(16)をさらに備え、
前記分配器(16)の一方の側に冷媒管が結合され、前記一対の分配器(16)が該冷媒管により互いに連結され、
前記分配器(16)の他方の側に複数の分配チューブ(32、33)が結合され、
前記複数の分配チューブ(32、33)は、前記室内側熱交換器(12)及び前記室外側熱交換器(13)の熱交換チューブのそれぞれの端部に連結される、請求項1に記載の高速除霜ヒートポンプ。 - 前記一対の分配器(16)を互いに連結させる前記冷媒管に、膨張弁(23、24)及び一対の逆止弁(25、26)が配設され、
前記一対の分配器(16)を連結している前記冷媒管は、前記分配器(16)と前記膨張弁(23、24)との間から分岐され、
該分岐された冷媒管には一対の逆止弁(27、28)が配設されて互いに連結され、
前記逆止弁(27)と前記逆止弁(28)との間の前記冷媒管及び前記逆止弁(25)と前記逆止弁(26)との間の前記冷媒管のそれぞれから、受液器(43)に連結されるようにさらに連結間が分岐される、請求項2に記載の高速除霜ヒートポンプ。 - 前記室内側熱交換器(12)及び前記室外側熱交換器(13)のそれぞれの冷媒入口と出口にそれぞれ配設されるガス専用ヘッダー(14、15)及び液専用ヘッダー(17、18)をさらに備え、
前記室内側熱交換器(12)の冷媒出口側の前記液専用ヘッダー(17)は、前記室外側熱交換器13の冷媒入口側の前記液専用ヘッダー(18)と別の冷媒管により連結され、前記液専用ヘッダー(17、18)を連結させる前記冷媒管に前記逆止弁(25、26)が配設され、前記室内側熱交換器(12)の冷媒出口側の前記液専用ヘッダー(17)と前記室外側熱交換器(13)の冷媒入口側の前記液専用ヘッダー(18)との間に前記冷媒が直接流れることを防止する、請求項2に記載の高速除霜ヒートポンプ。 - 前記室内側熱交換器(12)と前記膨張弁(23)との間及び前記室外側熱交換器(13)と前記膨張弁(24)との間にそれぞれ配設される一対の前記分配器(16)から分岐される複数の前記分配チューブ(32、33)は、前記液専用ヘッダー(17、18)に連結されることなく、前記室内側熱交換器(12)及び前記室外側熱交換器(13)の前記熱交換チューブのそれぞれの端部に連結される、請求項4に記載の高速除霜ヒートポンプ。
- 前記一対の分配器(16)は、前記分配チューブ(32、33)が分岐される側の逆側で、膨張弁(23、24)と逆止弁(27、28)を備える冷媒管により連結され、前記逆止弁(27)と前記逆止弁(28)との間で連結される前記冷媒管及び前記逆止弁(25)と前記逆止弁(26)との間で連結される前記冷媒管のそれぞれから、受液器(43)に連結されるようにさらに連結間が分岐される、請求項5に記載の高速除霜ヒートポンプ。
