Claims (13)
- 流動範囲において非対称的な強度を有する双方向の流れを可能にする成形パッキング要素を備えた制御弁であって、
前記パッキング要素は、前記弁のハウジング内に形成された第2の表面に接触することができる第1の表面を有し、前記パッキング要素(1)は、前記第1の表面(3)および前記第2の表面(4)が互いに接触する第1の位置ならびに前記第1の表面(3)および前記第2の表面(4)が互いに離れている第2の位置を有し、更に、前記パッキング要素(1)の前記第1の表面(3)および前記弁ハウジング(2)内の前記第2の表面(4)のうち少なくとも1つは、前記パッキング要素(1)が前記第1の位置にある場合に、接触する前記第1の表面(3)と前記第2の表面(4)との間において第1の流れの断面を確保する欠損部(5)を備え、前記第1の流れの断面は、前記パッキング要素が前記第2の位置にある場合に前記パッキング要素(1)によって確保された第2の流れの断面よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 前記パッキング要素(1)は、作動サイクル毎に、前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の両方をとることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記第1の表面(3)および前記第2の表面(4)は、金属、プラスチックまたはセラミック材料で形成される硬質の表面であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記第1の表面(3)および前記第2の表面(4)の一方は、金属、プラスチックまたはセラミック材料で形成される硬質の表面であり、他方はプラスチック、ゴムまたは他の弾性材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記成形パッキング要素(1)はディスク形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記成形パッキング要素(1)は円錐形状またはO形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記成形パッキング要素(1)は球形状であり、前記第2の表面(4)は漏斗形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 主流路(14)の流れを制御するために、前記主流路(14)の外に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 管路(21)を通って前記主流路(14)に連通することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の制御弁。
- 前記第1の流れの断面は、前記第2の流れの断面よりも数桁小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁。
- 作動サイクルにおいて、前記パッキング要素(1)は、前記第1の流れの断面を確保するその前記第1の位置だけをとり、保守補助具(10)または修理によって、前記第2の位置に移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- パッキング要素(1)により確保された前記第1の流れの断面に平行に配置された一方向弁を含み、前記制御弁の作動サイクルの間、流れの方向によって、流れの断面全体または流れの第3の断面が確保され、前記流れの第3の断面は前記第1の流れの断面よりも数桁大きいことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の制御弁。
- 前記成形パッキング要素(1)の前記第1の位置と前期第2の位置との間の移動は、流体に対する前記制御栓(9)の比重を適切に選択することおよび設置の適切な配向によって、前記成形パッキング要素に固定された制御栓(9)による重力または揚力に基づいて確保されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
