Claims (20)
- 内部弁のポペットと共に使用するための冗長的な封止機能を有する弁体であって、前記弁体は、
前記ポペットの座面に封止係合するためのテーパー付き表面と、
前記テーパー付き表面に隣接し、かつ前記弁体によって画定される溝内に配置され、前記座面に封止係合する、封止装置と、
を備える、弁体。 - 前記弁体が、間に前記封止装置が配置される、第1保持部材および第2保持部材を備える、請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 前記テーパー付き表面が、前記第1保持部材の表面および前記第2保持部材の表面を備える、請求項2に記載の弁体。
- 前記封止装置が磨耗し、前記内部弁が閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記テーパー付き表面が、前記ポペットの前記座面と相互作用するように構成され、前記弁体が結合するステムの端部が前記内部弁のカムに係合することを実質的に阻止する、請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 前記封止装置が、弾性材料を備える、請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 前記テーパー付き表面が、金属表面を備える、請求項1に記載の弁体。
- 内部弁と共に使用するためのステムアセンブリであって、
前記内部弁のカムによって係合される第1端部を有するステムであって、前記ステムを移動させて、前記内部弁を通過する流体流を制御する、ステムと、
前記ステムの、前記第1端部の反対側の第2端部に結合し、第1封止表面および第2封止表面を備える弁体と、を備え、
前記第1封止表面および前記第2封止表面が、前記内部弁のポペットの座面に係合して、冗長的な封止機能を提供する、ステムアセンブリ。 - 前記第1封止表面が、前記弁体のテーパー付き表面を備える、請求項7に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記テーパー付き表面が、金属表面を備える、請求項8に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記第2封止表面が、前記第1封止表面の第1部分と、前記第1封止表面の第2部分との間に配置される、請求項7に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記第2封止表面が、前記弁体によって画定される溝内に、少なくとも部分的に配置される封止装置を備える、請求項10に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記第1封止表面の前記第1部分が、前記弁体の第1弁体部分のテーパー付き表面を備え、前記第1封止表面の前記第2部分が、前記弁体の第2弁体部分のテーパー付き表面を備える、請求項10に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 前記第1弁体部分または前記第2弁体部分の少なくとも一方が、その中に前記第2封止表面の少なくとも一部分が配置される溝を画定する、請求項12に記載のステムアセンブリ。
- 内部弁であって、
チャンバーを画定する本体であって、前記本体は、別の本体と螺合するための外ネジを備える、本体と、
少なくとも1つの付勢要素を有するステムアセンブリであって、前記ステムアセンブリは、ポペットに対して力を加えて、前記本体に向かって前記ポペットを付勢し、前記内部弁を通過する流体流を制御する、ステムアセンブリと、
前記内部弁に回転可能に結合し、前記ステムアセンブリの端部に係合して、前記内部弁を通過する流体流を制御するカムと、
前記ステムアセンブリに結合する封止装置が磨耗するかまたは脱離して、前記内部弁が閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記ステムアセンブリの前記端部と前記カムとの間の間隙を維持するための手段と、
を備える、内部弁。 - 前記ステムアセンブリの前記端部と前記カムとの間の前記間隙を維持するための前記手段が、前記封止装置が磨耗するかまたは脱離した場合に、前記ポペットの座面に係合するテーパー付き表面を備える、前記ステムアセンブリの弁体を供える、請求項14に記載の内部弁。
- 前記ステムアセンブリの前記端部と前記カムとの間の前記間隙を維持するための前記手段が、前記ポペットの座面に係合して冗長的な封止機能を提供するための第1封止表面および第2封止表面を有する、前記ステムアセンブリの弁体を供える、請求項14に記載の内部弁。
- 前記第1封止表面が、前記弁体のテーパー付き表面を備える、請求項16に記載の内部弁。
- 前記第1封止表面が金属材料を備え、前記第2封止表面が弾性材料を備える、請求項17に記載の内部弁。
- 前記第2封止表面が、前記第1封止表面の第1部分と、前記第1封止表面の第2部分との間に配置される、請求項17に記載の内部弁。
- 前記第2封止表面が、前記弁体によって画定される溝内に配置される封止装置を備える、請求項19に記載の内部弁。
