本発明は、一般には電池に関し、より詳しくは、空気正極型の電池に関する。
Claims (16)
- 負極;
該負極に隣接して位置する液体電解質;
該液体電解質に隣接して位置する第1ガラス電解質層;
該第1ガラス電解質層に結合する第1多孔性支持基板;及び
該第1ガラス電解質層の反対側の該第1多孔性支持基板に隣接して位置する空気正極;を含む空気電池。 - 第1多孔性支持基板が多孔性金属基板、多孔性セラミック基板及び多孔性ポリマー基板から成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 空気正極がポリマーバインダー、炭素及び溶剤又は懸濁液の混合物から作られる正極物質である、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 第2ガラス電解質層及び該第2ガラス電解質層に結合する第2多孔性支持基板を更に含む、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 第3ガラス電解質層及び該第3ガラス電解質層に結合する第3多孔性支持基板を更に含む、請求項4に記載の空気電池。
- 第1多孔性支持基板の細孔が不動態化されている、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 細孔が電気的に絶縁性の最上層を有する金属プラグで不動態化されている、請求項6に記載の空気電池。
- 負極がリチウム負極である、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 空気電池を製造する方法であって、
(a)粘度の高い空気正極層を供し;
(b)粘度の高い空気正極層の上に第1多孔性支持基板を置き、粘度の高い空気正極層の1部が第1多孔性支持基板の中に引き込まれるのを可能にし;
(c)第1多孔性支持基板の上に第1ガラスバリア層を堆積させ;
(d)ガラスバリア層に隣接して負極を置き;そして、
(e)負極とガラスバリア層の間に電解質を置く;
工程を含む方法。 - 第1多孔性支持基板が多孔性金属基板、多孔性セラミック基板及び多孔性ポリマー基板から成るグループから選択される、請求項9に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 空気正極がポリマーバインダー、炭素及び溶剤又は懸濁液の混合物から作られる正極物質である、請求項9に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 第2ガラス電解質層及び第2ガラス電解質層に結合した第2多孔性支持基板を第1ガラス電解質層に載せる工程を更に含む、請求項9に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 第3ガラス電解質層及び第3ガラス電解質層に結合した第3多孔性支持基板を第2ガラス電解質層に組み込む工程を更に含む、請求項12に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 第1多孔性支持基板の細孔を不動態化する工程を更に含む、請求項9に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 細孔が電気的に絶縁性の最上層を有する金属プラグで不動態化されている、請求項14に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
- 負極がリチウム負極である、請求項9に記載の空気電池を製造する方法。
