Abstract
【解決手段】組み立てる間、ダイヤフラムにばね荷重を加え、ダイヤフラムに対する不作動位置を提供する形状を有するダイヤフラム膜212が開示されている。ダイヤフラム膜212は弾性材料にて出来ている。組み立てる間、ダイヤフラムにばね荷重が加えられ、ダイヤフラムを不作動位置に戻す力を提供する。
Description
Claims (12)
- ダイヤフラム弁において、
第一の位置と第二の位置との間にて行程軸線に沿って動く形態とされたダイヤフラム組立体であって、上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)と、下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)とを有し、前記上方及び下方ダイヤフラム膜は、スピンドル(210)により隔てられた関係に保持され、少なくとも前記上方ダイヤフラム膜は、弾性材料から製造された、ダイヤフラム組立体と、
頂部密封面(226)と底部密封面(228)とを形成する弁体(206)と、
前記弁体(206)の頂側部に装着された頂部板(202)と
を備え、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、ダイヤフラムが第一の位置にあるときに前記頂部密封面(226)を密封する形態とされ、
前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)は、ダイヤフラムが第二の位置にあるときに前記底部密封面(228)を密封する形態とされ、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜の外端縁が、前記弁体(206)と前記頂部板(204)との間に保持され、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)の中心が、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)の外端縁により画成された平面の下方に伸びる湾曲した形状を有し、これにより前記ダイヤフラム組立体が前記ダイヤフラム弁内に取り付けられたとき、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が第一の位置に向けて付勢されるようにする、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、
前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)に装着され且つ前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)を取り囲むと共に、前記弁体(206)と前記頂部板(202)との間のシールを形成する頂縁部(214)と、
前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)に装着され且つ前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)を取り囲むと共に、前記弁体(206)と前記底部板(204)との間のシールを形成する底縁部(222)とを備える、ダイヤフラム弁。 - 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラム組立体は、実質的に円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラム組立体は、実質的に楕円形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラム組立体は、実質的に矩形の形状である、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜(212)は、ポリウレタンからなる、ダイヤフラム弁。
- 請求項1に記載のダイヤフラム弁において、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜(220)は、弾性材料からなり、かつ前記下方ダイヤフラム膜の中心が前記下方ダイヤフラム膜の外端縁により画成された平面の下方に伸びる湾曲した形状を有し、これにより前記ダイヤフラム組立体が前記ダイヤフラム弁内に取り付けられたとき、前記ダイヤフラム組立体が前記第一の位置に向けて付勢されるようにした、ダイヤフラム弁。
- ダイヤフラム弁にばね荷重を加える方法において、
下方ダイヤフラム膜をスピンドルの第一の端部に取り付けるステップと、
前記スピンドルを弁体の中央開口部内に挿入するステップと、
ボウル形状を有し且つ弾性材料からなる上方ダイヤフラム膜を、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に対して隔てられるようにスピンドルの第二の端部に取り付けるステップと、
頂部板を前記弁体の頂側部に装着し、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜の端縁を前記頂部板と前記弁体の頂側部との間に捕捉し、これにより前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に不作動位置へとばね荷重を加えるステップとを備える、ダイヤフラム弁にばね荷重を加える方法。 - 請求項7に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立てる方法において、
前記頂部板は、レーザ溶接により前記弁体の頂側部に装着される、ダイヤフラム弁を組み立てる方法。 - 請求項7に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立てる方法において、
スペーサを前記上方及び下方ダイヤフラム膜の間の前記スピンドルに取り付けるステップを更に備える、ダイヤフラム弁を組み立てる方法。 - 請求項7に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立てる方法において、スピンドルキャップを前記スピンドルに取り付けるステップを更に備える、ダイヤフラム弁を組み立てる方法。
- 請求項7に記載のダイヤフラム弁の組み立てる方法において、
前記頂部板が前記弁体に装着される前に、前記上方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を、前記弁体の頂側部に前記中央開口部を取り囲むよう形成された溝内に着座させるステップと、
前記底部板が前記弁体に装着される前、前記下方ダイヤフラム膜に装着された縁部を、前記弁体の底側部に前記中央開口部を取り囲むように形成された溝内に着座させるステップとを更に備える、ダイヤフラム弁を組み立てる方法。
