Abstract
第1の導体(23)が、超伝導体であり、
第2の導体(24)が、第1の導体(23)への加熱電流の供給体であり、
第3の導体(25;25,26)が電圧測定に用いられ、
1つの対の導体(24,25,26)が、センサの長さ方向に互いに離れた点(27,28及び29,30)で、センサに接続されている。センサは容器内の案内片中に導かれている。

Claims (9)
- 容器(1)内にある低温液体用のレベル検出器であって、液体に没入するセンサ(11)及び電子装置部分(6)から成り、センサ(11)の長さにわたって超伝導の伝導区間及び加熱装置が延び、伝導区間における電圧降下が液体レベルの尺度として測定されるものにおいて、センサ(11)が、プラスチック母材(21)中を平行に導かれる複数の導体から成る扁平導体(20)であり、そのうち
第1の導体(23)が、適当に選ばれた転移温度を持つ超伝導体であり、
少なくとも1対の第2の導体(24)が、第1の導体(23)への加熱電流の供給体であり、
少なくとも1対の第3の導体(25;25,26)が電圧測定に用いられ、
1つの対の導体(24,25,26)が、センサの長さ方向に互いに離れた点(27,28及び29,30)で、センサに接続されている
ことを特徴とする、レベル検出器。 - 扁平導体(20)のプラスチック母材(21)が悪い熱伝導体であり、第1の導体(23)の周囲にのみ所々に空き個所(31)を持ち、従って第1の導体(23)がこれらの個所で液体(15)に接触できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- 扁平導体(20)が温度測定用の別の導体を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- 扁平導体(20)のプラスチック母材(21)が、その長さ方向に延びる補強ひれ(22)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- 扁平導体(20)の自由端(34)が絶縁物(32)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- センサ(11)が容器(1;2;3)の内部に少なくとも所々に取付けられる案内片(10)の所で案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- 案内片(10)が内部にセンサ(11)を収容する管であり、容器の内容(15)と連通する導管を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレベル検出器。
- 管(10)が容器壁(2,3)を貫通して、それに漏れのないように結合され、管(10)内にあるセンサ(11)の電子装置部分(6)に近い端部範囲用の取外し可能なブッツシング(8)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のレベル検出器。
- 案内片(10)が、容器の内部で少なくとも2つの個所(12,13)で液面(14)を貫通し、それにより超伝導体(23)が少なくとも2つの測定区間を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のレベル検出器。
