Abstract
Description
図2Aと2Cに示す如く、カップ状円板22の前面にはカップ状円板22の半径方向に延びる2つの歪ゲージ、即ち歪ゲージDMS1とDMS2が設けられている。カップ状円板22の裏面にはちょうど同じ個所に歪ゲージDMS3とDMS4が設けられている。歪ゲージDMS4は歪ゲージDMS1の「背後に」位置し、歪ゲージDMS3は歪ゲージDMS2の「背後に」位置している。ここで、円板が図2Bに横から示しているような静止状態から湾曲した状態に変わると想定すると、円板の中心は一方の方向へ動き、円板の縁部はこれと完全に反対の方向へ動く。その際、例えば歪ゲージDMS1とDMS2が圧縮されるのに対して、ひすみゲージDMS3とDMS4は伸長する。
Claims (5)
- 従動軸(24)を回転運動させる回転駆動部と、前記従動軸(24)を直進運動させる直線駆動部とを備えるモータ(10)であって、前記直線駆動部は、ステータ(28)との相互作用により前記従動軸(24)に直線運動を生ずるロータ(30)を含み、
該ロータ(30)は、ロータ(30)と前記従動軸(24)とを連結するモータ部材(22)を介して軸方向力を前記従動軸(24)へ及ぼすモータにおいて、
前記モータは、
前記モータ部材の変形に応じた測定信号を取得する装置(DMS1〜DMS4)と、
取得した測定信号に軸方向力の測定値を割り当てる装置と
を含むことを特徴とするモータ。 - 前記モータ部材がカップ状円板(22)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ。
- 測定信号を取得する前記装置が少なくとも1つの歪ゲージ(DMS1〜DMS4)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のモータ。
- 前記歪ゲージ(DMS1〜DMS4)は対をなすように、前記モータ部材(22)の前面の歪ゲージ(DMS1、DMS2)と、裏面の歪ゲージ(DMS3、DMS4)とを各々含むように配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のモータ。
- 電気的にブリッジ構造をなすように配線された2組の歪ゲージを備え、各組の両方の歪ゲージは各々ブリッジの異なる並列な辺に配置され、並列な辺の間でブリッジの中心において発生するブリッジ電圧(V)が測定信号である請求項4記載のモータ。
