Claims (25)
- 乗員の音響的及び気候的快適性(騒音、温度)を増大し、自動車の全体的なエネルギ消費を低減し、かつエンジン室の美的外観及び日常的なメンテナンス作業の容易性を向上させるための、軽量なエンジン室遮蔽材において、該エンジン室遮蔽材が、温度効果の速度を減じかつエンジンの再始動時のエミッションを低減するために熱を貯蔵するために、エンジン室を1つの部分で又は複数の部分で被覆しており、エンジン室遮蔽材が、上側シェルと、下側シェルと、上側シェルと下側シェルとの間に配置された空間とを有する自己支持式の二重壁アセンブリとして構成されており、エンジン室遮蔽材が、煙突効果を低減するために、すなわち、エンジン室の境界に沿って垂直方向に高温空気が逃げ出すことを低減するために、シャーシに取り付けられている、すなわちエンジン室の車体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、エンジン室遮蔽材。
- 二重壁アセンブリが、軽量な材料、特に非金属材料から成る、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が、煙突効果を低減するためのシール手段を有する、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- シール手段が、接合面及び/又は弾性的なシール帯を含む、請求項3記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が断熱手段を含む、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 断熱手段が、金属構造及び/又は炭素不織布を含む、請求項5記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 断熱手段が熱反射面を含む、請求項5記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 断熱手段が、汚れの蓄積による性能の低下を回避するために二重壁アセンブリの内部に配置されている、請求項5記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が、冷却手段、特に、空気をエンジン室に流過させることによって過熱を回避するために運転条件中にエンジン室遮蔽材及び集合体を冷却するための空気流案内手段を有する、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 空気流案内手段が、少なくとも、運転条件中に、エンジン室内に捕捉された空気を選択的に排出する空気ダクトを含む、請求項9記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が吸音手段を含む、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- このエンジン室遮蔽材の下側シェルが、少なくとも部分的に、開放した孔の繊維材料及び/又は発泡材料から成る、請求項11記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- この開放した孔の繊維材料及び/又は発泡材料が多層材料である、請求項12記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 付加的な吸音手段が二重壁アセンブリの内部に配置されている、請求項12記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が、少なくとも部分的に1つ又は2つ以上の歩行者保護衝突パッド手段を含む、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 前記歩行者保護衝突パッド手段が、少なくとも部分的に受動的保護構造、特に熱硬化性発泡材料またはハニカム構造を含む、請求項15記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 前記歩行者保護衝突パッド手段が、少なくとも部分的に能動的保護装置、特にエアバッグ装置を含む、請求項15記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 前記エンジン室遮蔽材が、日常的なメンテナンス作業のための閉鎖可能な開口を含む、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材の美的外観を向上させかつ日常的なメンテナンス作業の容易さを高めるために、エンジン室遮蔽材が、流行の様式を有する、特に種々異なる色の領域及び/又はマークを有する、請求項18記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が、エンジン室を閉鎖するためにエンジンボンネットに固定された隔壁を有する、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジンボンネットに固定された隔壁が、プラスチック集合体分離壁、特にウォーターボックスを含む、請求項20記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材が、空気取入れ装置、又はこのような空気取入れ装置の部分を含む、請求項1記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- エンジン室遮蔽材のシェルのうちの少なくとも1つが、部分的に空気取入れ装置の壁部のうちの1つを形成している、請求項22記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 空気取入れ装置又は空気取入れ装置の部分が、2つのシェルを結合しておりかつ下側シェル及び上側シェルの部分である側壁を含む、請求項23記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
- 側壁が不浸透性である及び/又は多孔質材料を含む、請求項24記載のエンジン室遮蔽材。
