Claims (10)
- 第1の要素(2)及び第2の要素(3)を備える軸受ハウジング(1)であって、前記第1の要素(2)及び第2の要素(3)は相互に結合可能であり、前記第1の要素(2)及び第2の要素(3)の間の界面(4)において相互に当接するのに適しており、
前記軸受ハウジングは、少なくとも1つの実質的に円筒形状の孔(5)を更に備え、前記孔は前記界面(4)に配置され、前記孔の内包面(6)の一部が前記第1の要素(2)によって形成され、一部が前記第2の要素(3)によって形成され、前記孔(5)は、前記第1の要素(2)及び第2の要素(3)によって形成された第1の面(8)に少なくとも1つの開口(7)を有する、軸受ハウジングにおいて、
少なくとも1つの溝(11a)が前記第1の要素(2)の前記第1の面(8)に形成され、少なくとも1つの溝(11b)が前記第2の要素(3)の前記第1の面(8)に形成され、前記溝(11a、11b)は、前記第1の要素(2)及び第2の要素(3)を結合させるための少なくとも1つの棒形状の締結手段を受け入れるのに適するように合致することを特徴とする軸受ハウジング(1)。 - 前記第1の要素(2)に、2つの溝(11a、12a)が前記孔を挟んで互いに反対側に配置され、前記第2の要素(3)に2つの溝(11a、12b)が、前記孔(5)を挟んで互いに反対側に配置され、前記第1の要素(2)の一方の溝(11a)と前記第2の要素(3)の一方の溝(11b)とが合致し、前記第1の要素(2)の他方の溝(12a)と前記第2の要素(3)の他方の溝(12b)とが合致し、それによって2つの棒形状の締結手段を受け入れる2つの溝(11、12)が形成されている請求項1に記載された軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 第1対の溝(11)が前記第1の面(8)に形成され、第2対の溝(12)が第2の面(10)に形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載された軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 前記孔(5)が、第2の面(10)に形成された第2の開口(9)を有する請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 前記孔(5)の第1の半体が前記第1の要素(2)にあり、前記孔(5)の第2の半体が前記第2の要素(3)にある請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 前記軸受ハウジング(1)がコネクティング・ロッド(13)である請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された軸受ハウジングを製造する方法において、
金属粉を準備する段階と、
前記金属粉を成形して成形体を形成する段階と、
前記成形体を加熱する段階とを含む、軸受ハウジングを製造する方法。 - 前記加熱する段階の後に、鍛造工程を行う請求項7に記載された軸受ハウジングを製造する方法。
- 前記加熱段階により、前記粉末成形体を焼結する請求項7又請求項8に記載された軸受ハウジングを製造する方法。
- 分断作業を行うことによって少なくとも2つの要素を形成する請求項7から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載された軸受ハウジングを製造する方法。
