一种锻造夹具,用于夹持圆柱形锻造件,包括U型握柄,所述U型握柄两端分别设置两个夹块,所述夹块上设置弧形凹槽,凹槽位置设置磁铁块,本锻造夹具适合夹持圆柱形锻造件,夹块的凹槽位置设置磁铁块,具有一定吸力,锻造件能在一定程度上适合磁铁块的弧度,不易滑脱,磁铁块的吸力能进一步稳定所夹持的锻造件,增强夹持力度。

本发明实施例涉及一种夹具,尤其涉及一种锻造夹具。
背景技术
目前,金属锻造件的制备方式主要有两种,一种是自由锻,锻压机直接对锻坯进行锻造,讲锻坯制成锻件;另一种是模锻或者等温锻,讲锻坯放入模具中,锻压机施力于模具,从而将锻坯制成锻件。锻坯在工序间的移动,如锻坯进出高温状态的加热炉,锻压后取出锻件等,是锻件制备的必要过程。
目前锻造夹具加持面多为平面,夹持力度不大,夹持不牢固。
发明内容
本发明提供一种锻造夹具,用于夹持圆柱体锻件。
一种锻造夹具,包括U型握柄,所述U型握柄两端分别设置两个夹块,所述夹块上设置弧形凹槽,凹槽位置设置磁铁块,本锻造夹具适合夹持圆柱形锻造件,夹块的凹槽位置设置磁铁块,具有一定吸力,锻造件能在一定程度上适合磁铁块的弧度,不易滑脱,磁铁块的吸力能进一步稳定所夹持的锻造件,增强夹持力度。
进一步的,所述U型握柄由耐高温材料制成。

进一步的,所述U型握柄3由耐高温材料制成。
