Description
を含んでいるものを包含し、この式で、Pは多糖の残基であり;Aは、該多糖の残基にNを結合させる基であり、好適にはCおよびH原子、任意的にOおよび/またはN原子、普通には2〜18、好適には2〜8炭素原子を有し、任意的に1以上のヘテロ原子、たとえばOまたはNによって中断されまたは置換されたアルキレン基、たとえばアルキレンオキシ基またはヒドロキシプロピレン基(−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−)を含んでいる原子鎖であり;R1、R2、およびR3は夫々Hまたは、好ましくは炭化水素基、好適には1〜3炭素原子、好適には1または2炭素原子を有するアルキルであり;nは約2〜約300,000、好適には5〜200,000、好ましくは6〜125,000の整数であり、またはその代わりに、R1、R2、およびR3はNと共に5〜12炭素原子を有する芳香族基を形成し;X−はアニオン性対イオン、普通には塩素イオンのようなハロゲンイオンである。

(i) カチオンデンプンであるカチオン性多糖、およびシリカに基づいたアニオン性粒子であるポリマーP2、
(ii) カチオンデンプンであるカチオン性多糖、および水溶性または水中分散性の、アクリルアミドに基づいたアニオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP2、
(iii) アクリルアミドに基づいたカチオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP1、カチオンデンプンであるカチオン性多糖、およびシリカに基づいたアニオン性粒子であるポリマーP2、
(iv) カチオン性ポリアルミニウム化合物であるポリマーP1、カチオンデンプンであるカチオン性多糖、およびシリカに基づいたアニオン性粒子であるポリマーP2、ならびに
(v) アクリルアミドに基づいたカチオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP1、カチオンデンプンであるカチオン性多糖、および水溶性または水中分散性の、アクリルアミドに基づいたアニオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP2
を含む。
(i) 1000rpmで25秒間撹拌すること、
(ii) 2000rpmで10秒間撹拌すること、
(iii) 添加を行いながら1000rpmで15秒間撹拌すること、および
(iv) 脱水時間を自動的に記録しながらストックを脱水すること。
(v) 1500rpmで25秒間撹拌すること、
(vi) 2000rpmで10秒間撹拌すること、
(vii) 本発明に従う添加を行いながら1500rpmで15秒間撹拌すること、および
(viii) 脱水時間を自動的に記録しながらストックを脱水すること。
(ix) 1500rpmで25秒間撹拌すること、
(x) 2000rpmで10秒間撹拌すること、
(xi) 本発明に従う添加を行いながら1500rpmで15秒間撹拌すること、および
(xii) 脱水時間を自動的に記録しながらストックを脱水すること。
Claims (16)
- (i) セルロース繊維を含んでいる水性懸濁物を用意する段階、
(ii) 高せん断の全ての場所の後で該懸濁物に
カチオン性多糖、および
アニオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP2
を添加する段階、ならびに
(iii) 得られた懸濁物を脱水して紙を形成する段階
を含む、紙を製造する方法。 - カチオン性ポリマーであるポリマーP1を高せん断の全ての場所の後で懸濁物に添加することを含む、請求項1に従う方法。
- カチオン性多糖がカチオンデンプンである、請求項1または2に従う方法。
- カチオン性多糖が、約0.005〜約1.0の範囲内の置換度(DSc)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- カチオン性多糖が、約0.05〜約6.0ミリ当量/gの範囲内のカチオン電荷密度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- カチオン性多糖が、500,000超の分子量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP2が無機ポリマーである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP2が、ケイ酸またはシリケート、に基づいたポリマーである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP2が、シリカに基づいたコロイド状粒子を含んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP2が有機ポリマーである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP2がアクリルアミドに基づいたポリマーである、請求項1〜6および10のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP1が有機ポリマーである、請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP1が、アクリルアミドに基づいたカチオン性ポリマーである、請求項2〜12のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーP1が、少なくとも約500,000の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項2〜13のいずれか1項に従う方法。
